Simply enter your email address and desired password on its home page to begin the registration process. For surveys, I absolutely do not recommend. Sometimes the pre-qual survey is as long as a regular survey. 5 points for pre-quals & there's a limit to how many 5 pointers you can earn in one day. There have also been numerous times in which I've spent 30 minutes or more completing a survey & I never got the credit. Usually those longer surveys reward 100 points or more. Since I can't locate a phone number to call anywhere on their website, I fill out a Contact Us form which takes even more time. Then I get a reply a few days later, a form letter response, with a suggestions of things to do like clear my cache & cookies, etc. But they don't give me the points that I rightfully should have been credited! I'm done doing surveys for MyPoints. Too frustrating & a waste of time. I just earn shopping points from them now. I've been with MyPoints for 10+ years, and it is horrible compared to how it used to be.

There's a couple of things about My points. One is that I rarely qualify. After spending 10+ minutes answering questions and then being told I don't qualify. Curse word

Second, I keep getting emails to receive "bonus" points. When I get to the survey, they want to verify your phone number. They won't take your mobile # (this was confirmed by customer service).

I joined this site to get points on United Mileage Plus. After getting multiple junk emails every day I tried to unsubscribe but you cannot, nothing happens. I contacted them and got a meaningless automated response, now today I can't log in - they deactivated my account without my asking to do that. I'll probably get another automated response and lose all my points. Also, their surveys never work - after you spend 10 minutes answering questions, they tell you that you don't qualify. Big waste of time and frustration.

I have spent TOO MUCH TIME participating in these with little reward. Everytime I have completed them it confirmed the points i earned, yet they dont show up in my points. I have contacted customer service about it and get a litany of excuses why they may not have been honored (even though I completed them without issue), which is completely invalid because small 2 PT ones have been honored. Total waste of time. Will not even bother ever again and recommend you try other point offerings.

i have been trying to redeem my points for a 25 dollars pay out for my paypal account now they saying i have to show my id card for 25 dollars why this is the only survey site that have ever ask me for this i still have not my money a waste of time
