Simply enter your email address and desired password on its home page to begin the registration process. Update. Still never answered any of my tickets from 3 surveys that never paid me and after I wrote the last review magically they blocked me from doing surveys because they said my answers were inconsistent. Weird thing here is that I clicked on the survey and it instantly disqualified me. Killer part here is that the survey never asked me not one single question. How can I be blocked for giving a inconsistent answer when I as never asked one. They just got tired of me complaining about the unpaid surveys which lead me here. Their loss though, trust me....Still not paid and about 3 unanswered tickets for surveys that I did that didn't pay. Customer service is the complete worst now. They never answer and leave you feeling used. Now they have allowed people to set their monthly goals and then didn't tell anyone that they stopped it. It's June 9th! How you gonna go almost 2 weeks and have people humping and then say you are not gonna get paid for the work you've done and then just say sorry? When you start a survey you may start to get anxiety because you dont know if It's going to pay out. Its gotten worse within the past month that I really dont bother. Used to be my number 1 place to go to but now I`m not feeling it and the thrill is gone. did a survey about vaping and cigarette usage a month ago around the 4th of may, i was told upon entering the survey that I would receive 10$ to my paypal account within 10 days of completing the survey. completed the survey and waited, and waited and waited and im still waiting and no 10$. I contacted support a week ago and they told them i didnt have the survey number as it magically didnt appear in my dashboard history. no trace of the survey anywhere except i know it was from qualtrics. i could only give them a round about date of when the survey was completed which was on or around the 4th. they checked my account and told me i was credited 340 for the survey which is true. i was credited the 340 points but never got the 10$ paypal. I wrote back and 3 days about the paypal and no response from mypoints. I wrote back again 2 days later and still no response from mypoints. So basically its been about a week and just no reply at all from them but sent in a different ticket about a different issue and I got a response in 24 hours. I think its really crappy because its obvious im just being ignored,they didnt say we are looking into it or anything, no response at all. Not what i thought it to be. I'm going back to survey junkie where they dont rip you off. Stay away from my points, you will be disappointed.

I finally got enough points to get a $15 gift card for Amazon.
As soon as I claim the reward by point balance goes down. I did immediately receive the email with the said gift card in it.

I open the email, click "retrieve code' and it opens a new page on the My Points site and beside the picture of the $15 Amazon Gift card are the words "LOCKED OUT".

I now, cannot log in to my account either. I put the email address and then the password and it says "Too many failed attempts" and "Try again later".

I am using the correct email and password. I have seen where others have said they get the same message of LOCKED OUT when they try to redeem their gift card codes.

I sent an email. We will see if anyone answers me. Others have said they have had the same problem and sent emails for weeks and either are ignored or told to just wait.

Guess I wasted my time the last few weeks trying to get points to get my Amazon card. If someone answers me and the fix it I will come back and update. But as for now, I would say this is a site where you will waste your time and not get rewarded for your efforts and to stay away from it!

I have found MyPoints to be a declining program. I don't get that many emails that I get points for clicking on anymore. They want me to watch 30min videos (that won't play) for 5 points. And when you have a problem, for example with the surveys, you can't get help. I haven't done surveys for at least a year because you do 10 minutes worth of question to find you don't qualify and get a lousy 1 point. Now that I'm furloughed due to Covid I tried to do a survey, answered 1 question to which it told me my answers didn't match and locked my account. I'm not sure if I mistyped something or there's a bigger problem, but I can't get help from customer service. They wouldn't answer me at first and now their answer is simply we can't help you. When this program started it was amazing and I would get gift card after gift card. As of late it's been more of a waste of time. Sad.

More than just a survey site, MyPoints has made some major improvements to their program. The compensation is pretty good, and there are many ways to earn points for redemption. Plenty of gift card choices, with redemption as low as $3.
Paypal payout is a bit high, at $25, but payment is made by the end of the next business day, which is a marked improvement, and better than most others. They seem to be constantly trying to improve the program lately, which is something that the rest of the programs.
Affiliated with Swagbucks, which has a $10 Paypal threshold, it would be nice if they could even out the points. MyPoints has a few more ways to earn rewards than Swagbucks, from what I see.
Mypoints offers a lot of points for purchases from a large number of vendors. As of lately, this is one of the top programs. If they lowered to Paypal payout threshold to $10, it would be my top choice. Right now, it's second to instaGC.
