Opinion Outpost gives everyday consumers the opportunities to participate in online surveys and product tests in exchange for cash rewards and gift cards.

Signing up is free and to do so, simply enter your name, date of birth, zip code and email address on the registration form on their website. After that, you’ll be prompted to confirm your email address before you’re able to begin answering surveys.

Take Surveys and More

Once you've fully registered, you’ll see a “Surveys” link on your main account dashboard. This will take you to your list of available surveys. You can choose to have surveys emailed to you if you prefer.

You also have the option to add additional information (via profile surveys) to help Opinion Outpost match you with more relevant surveys to you.

You don't have to wait long to get rewarded - if you take a survey worth 50 points, you'll already have enough to redeem a $5 Amazon.com gift card. The following reward options are offered on the site in exchange for participating:

• PayPal payments - with only 100 points (worth $10/£5), you can request that a PayPal payment be made to your account. Bear in mind that only verified PayPal accounts will qualify for payment.
• Amazon e-vouchers - with just 50 points ($5) in your account, you can request an Amazon.com e-gift code.
• Apple Store gift cards - with 100 points ($10) sitting in your account, you can request an app store / iTunes gift card.
• Retail gift cards - with 100 points ($10) in your account, you can receive a gift card to Nike, Domino’s Pizza, The Home Depot, CVS, Chili’s 3-Choice and more.

Super-Fast Rewards Delivery

Opinion Outpost is very unique in that rewards are often delivered instantly after requesting them. It's uncommon to have to wait more than a few minutes/hours to receive a PayPal payment or e-gift card that you've requested, though technically they advertise a 3 day rewards processing period.

Take Surveys Often

Paid surveys will be sent to you on a regular basis. You can also visit the website, log in and find a list of available surveys, giving you plenty of chances to make cash. A typical Opinion Outpost survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and the number of points you can expect to receive per survey ranges between 5 to 50 points.

Qualifying Questions

Before you begin your chosen survey, you may have to answer a series of multiple-choice questions. These may appear to be irrelevant to the topic of the survey itself, but are a way for researchers to ensure they're receiving responses from the people they're looking for answers from. Sometimes, you’ll be disqualified from taking the survey after answering these, however there will usually be other surveys available for you to take.

Modern, Interactive Surveys

Opinion Outpost offers fun, interactive online surveys that are attractive and simple to take. Opinion Outpost App

Opinion Outpost does not offer a mobile app. Although most of their surveys are mobile-friendly and can be completed on your phone, you will still need to access them via your e-mail, or by logging into the website from your phone.

Badges

Opinion Output offers ‘Badges’, which essentially serve as loyalty bonuses. You will start out with a Bronze membership and have the chance to upgrade to Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond based on how active you are on the website and how complete your profile is.

As your badge levels increase, additional achievement points are awarded, which can be found on your Survey History page. These will show up as 'community achievement'. Bear in mind that you can be downgraded to a lower tier badge if you don’t remain active on the website.

Quarterly Chances to Win $10,000

If you are in the USA and you get disqualified from a survey, participate in a survey, or exchange your valuable points for an entry, you will have a chance to win $10,000 in a quarterly cash draw. That means that $40,000 in total is awarded to 4 lucky members every year! If you are in Canada, there are also sweepstakes available in the form of 4 quarterly draws worth $1,250 each ($5,000 yearly).

Refer Your Friends to Earn More

Opinion Outpost's referral program will award you $1.00 every time you refer a friend using your custom link and they complete at least one survey. Earn up to $5.00 in total. Find the "refer a friend" tab when you log into your account to grab your custom referral link to share with friends or extended family members (available to US panelists only).

Is Opinion Outpost Legit?

I don't know about others, but i will put just my opinion:
fore few years I'm trying to make some money from surveys, all the other sites are paying you very low amount, after finishing survey it is taking them minimum 24 h to confirm it, some times they don't pay you for surveys and you have to write emails to them, wait for response. about payment, on all other sites i had to wait at list one week.
now about opinion outpost: minimum they are paying 50 cents per survey, it can be from 3 minutes up to 12 minutes, more than 12 minutes i had only 1 dollar surveys and up from 25 to 30 minutes 1,5-2 dollars, no other survey sites provide so big payment for surveys and about payment, they are paying immediately, in split second and i don't have to wait any more for few weeks in good points.

thats all, hope you will enjoy this site as much as I did
p.s I'm doing about 5-8 dollars per day on this site, on other site this amount takes weeks and lots of energy in terms of stress about very low income in huge time investment.

Was very difficult to find HOW to review you. I've spent 10 minutes trying to get to this spot. Try making the path a llitle more transparent. Let me say unequivocally, especially after reading the "poor me" reviews about rewards, I thought doing surveys was first and foremost a wonderful way to express one's opinions, and could almost be regarded as a public service. Outpost is one of the cleanest and easiest and fairest of the survey companies out there, and they have a lot of fun subjects too. And you want more money? Shame on you.

I have earned a nice amount from this site, but it's not really worth all the time spent (except that you don't have to fill out any paperwork). As other folks have commented, you can spend a lot of time, only to get to the end of a survey and be told you don't qualify. A few other survey companies reward you a minimum amount for your time whether you qualify and complete the survey or not, so you're not stuck at the same monetary level for months at a time. You also may be unlucky enough to be sent the same boring, uninteresting--and not relevant to anything in your life--survey time after time after time. And you still won't qualify!

I'm on the fence about this panel - they seem to waste a lot of my time, more than other panels. There are frequent "opportunities" but it seems the surveys they have will allow you to spend a whole lot of time answering questions before letting you know that you do not qualify. It did add up, eventually, I guess, but maybe not for as many surveys I've attempted. To not qualify for a survey is one thing, but it seems that Opinion Outpost surveys have a real nasty habit of letting you know that you don't qualify after you've already spent a considerable amount of time answering questions! This really infuriates me! And it happens so often that every time I begin a new survey for them I try to ready myself to be dropped at any point to protect myself from disappointment but low and behold - right after spending 10 minutes answering question after question- boom! "Sorry, we've reached our limit of respondents" or "Sorry, you don't match our profile" or "We've reached our quota"! It's so inconsiderate, I should quit. The points and prizes there do somehow(!) add up pretty quick, and they pay out their rewards (Paypal, Amazon gift card, etc) almost immediately and it's these things that keep me hanging on although I often wonder if these things justify the amount of frustration I feel on the account of Opinions Outpost on a regular basis.
