Opinion Outpost gives everyday consumers the opportunities to participate in online surveys and product tests in exchange for cash rewards and gift cards.

Signing up is free and to do so, simply enter your name, date of birth, zip code and email address on the registration form on their website. After that, you’ll be prompted to confirm your email address before you’re able to begin answering surveys.

Take Surveys and More

Once you've fully registered, you’ll see a “Surveys” link on your main account dashboard. This will take you to your list of available surveys. You can choose to have surveys emailed to you if you prefer.

You also have the option to add additional information (via profile surveys) to help Opinion Outpost match you with more relevant surveys to you.

You don't have to wait long to get rewarded - if you take a survey worth 50 points, you'll already have enough to redeem a $5 Amazon.com gift card. The following reward options are offered on the site in exchange for participating:

• PayPal payments - with only 100 points (worth $10/£5), you can request that a PayPal payment be made to your account. Bear in mind that only verified PayPal accounts will qualify for payment.
• Amazon e-vouchers - with just 50 points ($5) in your account, you can request an Amazon.com e-gift code.
• Apple Store gift cards - with 100 points ($10) sitting in your account, you can request an app store / iTunes gift card.

Note that rewards will vary slightly by country. For example, Air Miles Reward Miles are available to Canadian members only (receive 50 Air Miles for 100 Opinion Outpost points).

Super-Fast Rewards Delivery

Opinion Outpost is very unique in that rewards are often delivered instantly after requesting them. It's uncommon to have to wait more than a few minutes/hours to receive a PayPal payment or e-gift card that you've requested, though technically they advertise a 3 day rewards processing period.

Take Surveys Often

Paid surveys will be sent to you on a regular basis. You can also visit the website, log in and find a list of available surveys, giving you plenty of chances to make cash. A typical Opinion Outpost survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and the number of points you can expect to receive per survey ranges between 5 to 50 points.

Qualifying Questions

Before you begin your chosen survey, you may have to answer a series of multiple-choice questions. These may appear to be irrelevant to the topic of the survey itself, but are a way for researchers to ensure they're receiving responses from the people they're looking for answers from. Opinion Outpost does not offer a mobile app. Although most of their surveys are mobile-friendly and can be completed on your phone, you will still need to access them via your e-mail, or by logging into the website from your phone.

Badges

Opinion Output offers ‘Badges’, which essentially serve as loyalty bonuses. You will start out with a Bronze membership and have the chance to upgrade to Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond based on how active you are on the website and how complete your profile is.

As your badge levels increase, additional achievement points are awarded, which can be found on your Survey History page. These will show up as 'community achievement'. Bear in mind that you can be downgraded to a lower tier badge if you don’t remain active on the website.

Quarterly Chances to Win $10,000

If you are in the USA and you get disqualified from a survey, participate in a survey, or exchange your valuable points for an entry, you will have a chance to win $10,000 in a quarterly cash draw. That means that $40,000 in total is awarded to 4 lucky members every year! If you are in Canada, there are also sweepstakes available in the form of 4 quarterly draws worth $1,250 each ($5,000 yearly).

Refer Your Friends to Earn More

Opinion Outpost's referral program will award you $1.00 every time you refer a friend using your custom link and they complete at least one survey. Earn up to $5.00 in total. Find the "refer a friend" tab when you log into your account to grab your custom referral link to share with friends or extended family members (available to US panelists only).

Is Opinion Outpost Legit?

My friends, we live in a cynical world where it's easy to believe that everyone's out to get the easy buck. Well getting the easy buck has gotten easier! With Opinion Outpost I have made $90 bucks within the last 3 months,thats about $30 a month, however I've estimated that had I gave it more attention, I may have had the ability to make double that a month. Clearly, it won't make you a millionaire, but when you live in a "every dollar counts household" "every" extra dollar comes in handy. I gave Opinion Outpost 5 stars because it deserves that! It's basically the only Survey Site that doesn't penny pinch on surveys.(At least that I know of,and believe me I searched for more with larger payouts and found none) I love opinion outpost, the only problem I have with it is, that out of every $10 of the $90 I made, it was made during one full day of doing surveys, but I've noticed that during that day just when I'm reaching the full 100 points to cash out at $10,the website would suddenly say that it had no more surveys for me right when I reached 90 points, this can be very irritating when you spent the whole day doing surveys and right when you reach the mark the website stops the momentum. Clearly the website applies limits to the I.P. address that reached a certain amount of points, and have been logged in for a certain amount of time.

I have never seen a survey site so great!! Its so easy to make 10 dollars in one day!! So far I have made 75 dollars over three weeks, but I stay consistent with it and I always request the cash from paypal to my bank account. I hope it does not change and I currently have 168 entries for sweepstakes!

Ok so, I started this website on 6/11/13 and I just got my first payout through paypal, along with my badge for first time redeemer. And I didnt even wait 5 minutes to get it. The surveys are easy. I qualify for many of them. And my first pay was $10.

I really do like it. Its takes about what? 3 days? to get $10 which at my pace is a little slow because I dont have a computer at home. But if i DID I could imagine I would've gotten it sooner. So, YES i would recommend it!

I just recently signed up with Opinion Outpost and have found them to be a good company to do surveys for. Usually multiple survey opportunities per day, so you can accumulate points in a consistent manner.

Survey rewards are posted to your account immediately upon completing the survey--they are not 'pending' as with many survey sites, which require you wait weeks and sometimes months to receive the promised reward.

Once you get sufficient points, you can easily redeem them for paypal cash, amazon gift certificates, etc. There is no fee associated with redeeming your points either (also unlike some other survey companies).

As an added bonus, when there are problems, customer service is prompt in its response.

I highly recommend this survey panel. If you can only join a few panels, I suggest this be one of them.

I just joined a little over a month ago. They offer a lot of surveys, and it doesn't take long to get a reward. Compensation is immediate. If you cash in through pay pal, the money shows up immediately, same with the Amazon gift codes. I've gotten several product trials through the site also, so it's great. I have people say they aren't qualifying and so this site is bad. It's not the site, it's that they aren't falling into the demographics that the research companies need for the surveys. I will keep using this survey site happily.
