No payment

October 29, 2018 by Robert from United Kingdom

Software running on 3 devices and no payment received. Support not helpful either.

Software blocks your internet. Informed support and they simply said that it is what it does as if it was somehow acceptable.

Cannot recommend to anyone.

Spyware Screwed Up Ohone

Stay away from savvy connect! Wanted permissions to access all kinds of info, ran a vpn. Maybe because I have an older phone, it caused compatibility issues. As soon as I downloaded, my video camera stopped working - "video camera will not work while call is ongoing"; only I wasn't calling anyone. Uninstalled - cleared cache & data and force stopped the app, but it left remnants behind - permissions and certificates. Had to boot my phone in safe mode to get rid of everything.

Inconsistent Earnings

July 26, 2018 by Sue from United States

Been a member for many years and up until a few months ago the Survey Connect paid me and posted the $5 per device within the first 1-2 weeks each month. However this month nothing was posted and support gives me the run around. I take at least 1 survey each month to stay "active" but it takes 6 weeks to see your survey earnings and now they are backsliding on the $15 they owe me for last month's 'monitoring' with no explanation. Not just me but my referral and several members who are complaining on Facebook. No one from Survey Savvy keeps up the posts on the FB page either. Maybe the site is going down without paying us

Nothing!

Left this installed for a couple months on my PC and I still had $0.00 in my account. They just want to spy on you for free.

Indifference, Buggy apps, Awful support, poor yield

December 13, 2017 by kris from United States

I tried this panel for a year and never got very far, like just 50 cents. I started this panel because they listed better than average rewards for surveys. However, the reality is they probably have the highest screen out. In hindsight the "incentives" are actually lures, since there is such low likelihood of actually receiving anything. I participate in a lot of panels and initially thought I might have lost track of a payout and asked support for assistance verifying this. Well, it turns out SavvyConnect only shows the active balance and they refuse to help and place the entire onus on the members to track surveys, and payouts. This is the least sophisticated data management of any survey panel I interacted with. So, fine then, I only made 50 cents in a year. I tried their iPhone app and chrome extensions for the promise of $20 a month (70 cents a day), the iPhone app inhibited basic apps, like the app store (logging in, updating and purchasing new apps) and if by chance the 3rd pty app still worked, it crawled. I removed and reinstalled several times and like clockwork, activate their tracking and it was like an anchor dropped, remove/disable SavvyConnect and operation returned. Support kept asking for the same information and did not demonstrate any intent to troubleshoot, except to start over the same way, over and over. I wasted a lot of time and didn't get anything out of it. I even included Roseanne, the president of Luth Research, in the emails, and only got a null response.

SavvyConnect are so bad I have put them on my "permanently avoid" list
