Hard to Cash Out

January 18, 2015 by Victoria from United States

I don't know where some of the survey takers get the idea you can cash out with PayPal, because it states on the website that this is NOT the case - they use something called "Paylution", which I have never heard of, and I am very reluctant to give any bank details to another company, because I already have a PayPal account. So that just leaves a check (which they state takes a very long time to get), an Amazon gift card (why this would take 6 weeks is beyond m e, when other survey companies send a code within a day), or a prepaid Visa (which is a huge hassle to use unless you use it to buy another gift card online like Walmart or Amazon). I have been a member for 2 years and am nearly at the $50 mark - I have no idea how some are able to claim they can reach this in less than a year, as they just do not send out many surveys. I will quit as soon as I can cash out, probably in the form of an Amazon card - and will just chalk it up to another fairly awful survey company.

It Can Take A Village

Which is possibly the only way to reach payout I love how they would like to reward me for referring new people-a punishment I would never subject (not that anyone I know of in their right mind would join) a"friend" to. Their mosiacs resemble 5 surveys for nothing. Of course there's always living to 100 disease free too!!

Takes too long for the money

April 5, 2013 by Karen from United States

I joined Springboard America back in 2011. I still do not have enough money to cash out. I barely get any surveys sent to me. I wouldn't waste your time trying this site.

3+ years to cash out threshold

December 11, 2012 by Cynthia from United States

I have just received my first, last & only check from Springboard, and unsubscribed as soon as I opened it. It has taken over 3 years & hundreds of surveys to reach the ridiculously high $50 cash out threshold. The monthly " mosaic" is a thinly-veiled way if gathering info without compensation, claiming that it will help you qualify for more surveys. Not!!! Unless you like filling out surveys for free, or enjoy being disqualified, run away.

$14.75 SINCE DECEMBER 2010

October 26, 2012 by D'Jean from United States

I wrote them this week to ask if they'd make an exception, that at the above rate, it will take me 8 years to accumulate $50 because they send so few surveys. Add to that disqualifications. I will be almost 90 before I can cash in, their answer is it's all in the Terms and Conditions. Definitely do not recommend them, they're the highest cashout of the 35+ survey groups I belong to, and I see here that $20 used to be their cashout. Sleazy.
