BzzAgent is a media network, operating since 2002, that recruits "BzzAgents" to evaluate products and services and then share their opinions on them with people they know. BzzAgent has over one million member agents around the world, and uses the idea of word of mouth communication to generate measurable results for marketers.

Influence the Biggest Brands

BzzAgent has an impressive client list which includes: L’Oréal, Nestle, Proctor & Gamble and Purina. You may be invited to test products from international companies and have a major influence on the brand!

Test Merchandise

Members must receive an invitation to a campaign in order to participate. Assignments usually involve testing merchandise and coupons/rebate offers for free samples and then writing/sharing their thoughts on the brand online and on social media.

Being Assigned an “Activity”

If you are asked to test a product, in many cases you will be assigned any or all of the following activities:

  • Posting to social media about the product (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram)
  • Writing a review about the product you have been instructed to use
  • Uploading photos and videos about a given product

Communication Directors (Comm Devs) then rate and respond to the activities you submit based on guidelines, and you are awarded points based on the quality of the “buzz”.

Online Surveys

In addition to testing products, BzzAgent invites its members to participate in quick online survey opportunities for extra points and rewards. These also help the organization it you with the right products that you’ll be excited to try.

Collect Points and Free Products

Receive MyPoints and sometimes free products in exchange for your BzzAgent participation. Feel good about sharing your opinion to the world and gaining something in return.

Build your BzzScore

Each member accumulates a BzzScore on a yearly basis. It ranges from zero to 10 and takes into account all of the activities you participate in. Depending your level of participation, your BzzScore may go up and down throughout the year. The following are ways to keep your BzzScore high:

  • Putting detail and attention into your assigned activities
  • Staying up to date on all the latest survey opportunities
  • Being an influencer by involving your fellow friends in your BzzActivites
  • Connecting your BzzAgent profile to your social media accounts

The better your BzzScore, the more invites you will receive for new campaigns. You can view your BzzScore at any time from your member home page.

Earn Rewards

BzzAgent offers rewards as you participate. Some are unlocked along the way and some contain little surprises to keep you interested and always wanting more. Rewards are rewarded after various milestones or achievements, such as: your 10th Tweet, an exceptional photo, your 25th review, etc.

Explore the BzzAgent website and catch up on the hottest trends in the “Latest Buzz” section. See what fellow users are saying about a variety of exciting products. Connect even further by following the BzzAgent Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages!

So many greedy people out there.

September 17, 2010 by kalie from Canada

BzzAgent is not a "hand-out" site. The MyPoints team-up isn't something you deserve, it's an added incentive.
I think getting $250 remotes and $140 toothbrushes that you get to KEEP is enough. How can you say that they're a scam? How are they scamming? Companies hire them to get people to spread word of their product/give feedback. You get FREE full-size things just for talking about them with your friends. If that's a scam I don't know what you're looking for.
I'm currently doing four campaigns and I love this site. Word of mouth is an important and great form of advertising.
True, if you're looking for money, this isn't the site with you. But NOWHERE do they claim to be that. They tell you what you'll be doing (trying out different products. talking about them with your friends, family and coworkers and HONESTLY reporting back what you thought about the product, whether you thought it was the best thing sliced sliced bread or an awful pile of poop.)

none sense

They are one of the lowest places out there for scams. They give you these things to try to "pimp out" and you end up not getting mypoints instead? That takes you THE longest time to cash out. LAME!

Now even better for MyPoints Users!

September 17, 2010 by Jamie from United States

BzzAgent is my favorite online company. I have gotten TONS of free products, write a few reports about each of them and get points! Prior to the changeover to Mypoints rewards, the rewards from BzzAgent were few and hard to get, you may have earned the points but the rewards would be gone. When BzzAgent switched to MyPoints I had enough points for over $75 in gift certificates and I have steadily been adding about 250 points or more a week to my My Points account from bzzagent alone. Sometimes they have trials of expensive products they allow you to buy at a discount, I had the LeapFrog Fly Pen that retails for $99, and we got it for $20, other free products I have recieve include Mr. Clean Shower Cleaner, Raid Yellow Jacket Trap, Off Mosquito lamp and spray, Windex cleaning wipes, Teddy grahms trail mix, Oust air Freshener, Ziploc Big Bags, and more.

Multiple Accounts?

September 17, 2010 by Lindsey from United States

From the beginning, Bzzagent assured me that we could have 2 bzzagents per household. My husband and I signed up and BAM, they suspended our accounts and accused me of opening "Multiple accounts". I kept communicating with them that they were mistaken, and they said they would look into it. They then wrote me back (a month later) and told me our accounts were "permanately deleted". They no longer responded to my emails. Nice folks, eh?

Bzz Agent builds a better consumer

I have been participating in Bzz Agent and have had a wonderful experience all around. I love being able to share product samples and/or coupons with my friends, family and even the occasional stranger. The Chat Threads project connected to the current Chapstick Naturals campaign is positive proof of the company's legitimacy. I have even received a $180 Sonicare
