So I got this meter last year and have already cashed out twice now. If your meter doesn't transmit they let you know the following day. They will even call you if you email them and need help. I haven't had issues with them. Highly recommended.

Update: since 2016 I've been a member up until this past week May of 2026. I'm moving and let them know that I needed a leave of absence as it would be a month or two before I could get back on my feet to use this again. Instead of saying just let them know and I can come back when I'm ready they proceed to tell me that I will not be able to cash out my incentives and if the Box does not transmit daily I lose out on Rewards and basically it upset me enough to tell them that I no longer want to deal with them at all. I told them breaking up my fur family and struggling to find housing was a little bit more important than getting a stupid daily incentive. If life is going great for you this is just fine but if you're struggling and need help there's not a great amount of understanding. That was disappointing but aside from all of my own personal feelings it was helpful to get an incentive quarterly.

An awesome opportunity to go ahead and make extra cash on the side by just simply placing digital reflection internet reader plug it into your ethernet part of your router of your online or Wi-Fi at home component and just let it do its work and you'll get paid for it

I signed up for digital reflections panel with a promise of payment. I was send an obviously used box that would not work. I spent multiple days talking to their tech support. They did nothing. I was eventually told I would be removed from the group with zero compensation. They didn’t even pay the initial payment they promised for signing up. I can’t imagine them being a reputable company when they treat people this way. I don’t really care much about it, I’m well off enough that this is just pocket change. But I warn others to let them know this is not how reputable companies behave. I tried multiple times to explain they sent broken hardware, but somehow that is my fault, and I get zero dollars. Be careful, because I put in a LOT of time dealing with this, and when i first spoke to them I was told I would be compensated, but I got zero dollars, and I don’t trust this company at all, and I give a stern warning to anyone else who is risking doing business with them. I wanted to like it, I like the idea of passive income, but they ended up being a major time sink, and totally disreputable. I did have concerns they might be malware, but I figured I can just stop any time. But it didn’t even get that far. I read other people’s reviews and maybe I was saved from a headache anyways. A lot of other reviews mention malware and issues with payment, so please be sure to read the reviews before trusting these people. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but it was such a waste of time. And the fact that they didn’t compensate my time when THEY sent me a broken box tells me they are not to be trusted.

The Digital Reflection box is not only spyware, but malware. I was unable to access certain web sites, including my banks. Not knowing the source of the problem, I contacted my Internet Service Provider, and then Microsoft, and after 8 hours on the phone, I finally hired the Geek Squad to make a house call, which cost me $338, and they discovered after spending three hours checking my cables, modem, and router, that the Digital Reflection box and the blue cord was causing my issue. I am warning everyone never to install this malware, and if you have it installed already, disconnect it. Digital Reflections flatly refused to reimburse me for the money I paid the Geek Squad. Digital Reflections is disreputable, and dangerous.

They sent me a meter which I plugged in and it never transmitted data. I kept getting messages that my account was inactive because the meter was not plugged in. I suspect it wouldn't transmit because I have spectrum one which has built in security. I am currently waiting on instructions to mail it back. I tried a different cord and it still didn't work. They kept calling from different toll free numbers and would get rude because I was working and unable to "troubleshoot" the issue. I work as a newspaper carrier and spend several hours on the road every day.
