Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

Waste of Time

Don't waste your time joining this platform. You will spend way more time completing surveys, completing offers (such as games), and submitting tickets for the small incentive you receive at the end of the day. It takes months of completing surveys before you can accumulate enough points for just a small $20 gift card. I personally wouldn't join this company again.

I have been a panel member for 10+ years. Recently, I started having issues with their app and I contacted them. incorrect login issues etc they kept asking me to reset my password, etc. They told me that my account was suspended due to violation of policies but won’t explain what the violation is. This happened to me on another survey site recently that I have been a member of for 10+ years. I don’t think it’s a problem with policy violations I think there is a major change in survey websites across the board and they are starting to deactivate accounts for no reason because they don’t want to pay members out anymore. What a shame another good thing down the drain.

Worst Experience

After being a member for about 15 years, I was permanently suspended for only generic reasons of violation of terms. No matter how many times I asked for a specific reason, none given. I was also required to upload a selfie and my driver's license, also without explanation, and which I refused to do. They said they would pay out my accumulated rewards and gave me options to choose from, which I did. Since then, they just keep asking me to verify my email address which I have done at least 3 times, and it's the only email address I have used with this account. Also, their companies will frequently disqualify you AFTER you've completed a survey to avoid paying you anything. Customer Service always defends them and places blame on survey taker. Avoid this survey platform.

getting paid

why is it so difficult to get paid? this is not the first time. the message instructs me to click on redemption, when i do nothing happens.

Dropping like a rock

Use to be a good site. Now it is horrible. Frequently you complete a survey and do not get your reward. They also grossly understate the time surveys will take.
