Founded in 1999, Global Test Market is an online survey panel owned by Lightspeed Research, a Kantar groups company. Global Test Market is one of the world’s leading providers of market research and serves clients in more than 60 countries worldwide.

They rewarded their panelists more than $30 million+ USD in 2016 alone! As a panelist, you can earn points for completing surveys that can be redeemed for reward items from over 200 partners, redeem your points for cash via PayPal, or donate your points to charity.

Registration Process

Registering is easy, simple and free. Click the registration link where you will be asked simple questions about you and your household. The results are used to determine which surveys you are a good fit for.

Rewards Information

Each survey takes on average 15 minutes to complete and reward amounts depend on the survey length and urgency.

If you are screened out of surveys, you may be entered into a quarterly sweepstakes competition. For each sweepstakes entry you earn, you will be automatically entered into the drawing and if you are a winner, you will be notified via email. Remember to respond before the deadline provided to claim your prize.

LifePoints

For each survey completed, you will receive LifePoints, which you can accumulate to redeem cash and prizes. Each email invitation will alert you to how many LifePoints you will receive for taking the survey. LifePoints expire 3 years after being awarded the points, or after 12 months if there is no activity on the account.

On April 17, 2017, MarketPoints were discontinued and replaced by these new 'LifePoints' at a 1 for 5 conversion rate. Collected points can be redeemed for many different reward options, which may vary, depending on your country of residence. Rewards can be redeemed once you have accumulated 1,100 LifePoints ($10) in your account. Note that if you have a friend that was grandfathered in from the old Points program, they will be offered slightly different points than those who joined GlobalTestMarket after April 2017.

Types of Surveys Offered

Many of GlobalTestMarket’s surveys ask your opinion on movies, restaurant, automobiles, consumer products, current events, and a variety of other interesting and fun topics. You can also download the LifePoints app onto your phone so you can take surveys on your mobile.

Points Expectations

You can expect to earn between 35-250 LifePoints based on the level of complexity or urgency of the survey. Even if you do not qualify for the survey, you may still receive 5 LifePoints..

Option to Give Back

In addition to the great selection of rewards, Global Test Market gives you the option to give back to your community! Unicef charity donations can be redeemed with collected LifePoints.

Refer Your Friends!

You can refer your friends by entering their email when you are signed into your account. If they fill out at least 2 surveys, you also earn points.

Rewards Processing Time

Rewards usually take about 4-6 weeks to arrive if you are in the United States and 6-8 weeks for international panel members.

After 3 years of loyal service they just decided one day to close my account for no reason and no explanation given. So be careful! Customer service is so bad, don't even bother to contact them...

I was told by a friend that this survey site gave surveys, had few you would not qualify for and always paid out.
I was presented with four surveys, all of which let me answer questions for at least one half to three quarters of the survey before disqualifying me.
The payout for this is a CHANCE to win in some lottery... I don't play lottery in real life, why would anyone but a gambler play it online? I prefer sure things to gambling.
On the fifth survey, the site itself was asking if I had a smart phone and tablet at home. I admitted I did.
The site then gave me three choices: Do you want the app to do Global Market Surveys on just your smart phone? Do you want the app to do Global Market Surveys on just your tablet? And the final question was: Do you want the app to do Global Market Surveys on both your smart phone AND your tablet?
That was my choices. I don't add apps to either my smart phone or my tablet! (Or at least I haven't yet!)
There was no way given to refuse and those were the only options offered.
I clicked out of the page and immediately received an email offering to let me finish that survey.
I was not offered another survey, either.
I would say the site overreached their boundaries! Why would they need to put an app on my smart phone and/or tablet when I am accessing them on my pc?
I suggest you look at other sites besides this one!

Don't waste your time as this site sends your payment via so called normal postal services available in your country. They do not having any tracking information about payment they are making to you so you will never get your payment (at least i am sure about Indians as we all know fact about Indian normal postal service how quick they are ) So don't expect anything from this site and waste your time. I have gone through all this process and not received payment check since feb 14 they have dispatched to me. So this site is not highly recommended to at least for Indians. I have stop doing all surveys and decided not to do any more until i recd. my check as they only send recorded answers to your query's and no outcome came from it.

I'm confused about the low ratings for GTM? I've been with them for a little over a week and have already reached the threshold for the $50 cash out. I've received between 7-10 surveys in my inbox, and have only been screened out of two that were sent to me.

I haven't yet cashed out, so no review on that, but as far as the survey time length, amount of screen-outs, point value, and number of surveys sent, I rate this a 5.

Update: 5/19... Cashed out 5/15 for $35 PayPal, $10 Amazon. Amazon voucher was emailed two days later! 5/17. No PayPal yet, but was told to expect 7-13 days for it.

Update: 5/23.. Received Paypal transfer 8 days after requesting it! Very legit!

They are sincere in sending surveys and payments.They credit 5 points even if you are not qualified,they help us to reach target soon
