Don't waste your time. They may deactivate your account because you no longer meet the profile they are looking for. This is fine but they also deactivate and keep all of your earned reward points. You should not be penalized or ripped off through no fault of your own.

I've closed my account with this company. Lack of surveys make it a really slow process to get to the voucher cash out amount. Long surveys for low points payments. They have scrapped a free game called poll predictor that was a prize draw game for completing surveys.

I've been an Ipsos I say member for years and was a frequent earner. In the beginning/middle of September I agree to product a set of 2 items for Ipos I say. Also within that time frame I agree to participate in a 300 point Beverage Diary that was to take place in October. I had equivalent of approximately $28 in points. On September 29th my account was closed and my points were gone. I contacted support and their response was that my profile was no longer suitable for their needs, despite having just agreed to 2 activities for them. End of story as far as they were concerned. I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Ipsos responded to the complaint with a resolution of sending an Amazon gift card for the points lost, I accepted this offer. That was on October 6th and I still don't have my points equivalency. When I was a member, I would redeem a gift card and have it within 24 hours, so I find this delay very telling as to what the issue Ipsos is having.

Serial time wasters who offer multiple surveys which for whatever reason cannot or do not complete. Rewards not always clear and may change as survey proceeds and itself morphs into something else. Surveys are poorly targeted and repetitive, gathering the same information time and time again, often only to stop the survey with no reward. Many poorly designed and overly complicated surveys which take far longer than necessary. I make these comments as a member of several other survey panels where this is not the case. Accompanied by an App which has game like things. This panel is only going to appeal to certain people who don’t mind their time being wasted. I will never trust an Ipsos survey again!

In all my years of signing up for Survey Panels, I have never seen anything like this. So I sign up for this panel and was offered 45 points for completing my profile. There was also a survey available 10 minutes for 45 points which I completed. After getting all my information (Phone number, address, etc.) later that day I receive an email saying my profile is no longer suitable for their market research needs and my account was deactivated and cannot be reactivated. I also noticed that the 90 points I accumulated that day was subtracted from my account and marked as points expiration.
Don't waste your time here. As soon as they get your personal information they probably deactivate your account and claimed your points expired.
