I too had my account suspended for no apparent reason.
From what I have seen this panel offers the smallest and cheapest so called incentives of any I have seen. That, while insulting their participants with bogus account suspensions. Avoid at all costs !

I had the virus problem on the game as well, but thankfully my security program blocked the virus. I won't play the bonus game anymore. Surveys are good, customer service response time OK, I would still recommend them.

i signed up with this company a few months ago. everything was going along fine until i realized that this was the same company who i signed up with as a panelist for digital connections 2 years ago. i still have the original email that they sent me that clearly states that i would get 15000 points for signing up and 10000 points for each additional month that i was participating in the program. i never got any of these points so i recently contacted the company to find out when i would get them. i have been dealing with 'amy' for the last several weeks. today she sent me an email stating that they never told me that i would get any points for participating in this program. so i sent her a copy of the exact email that ipsos sent to me and said that either the original email was lying or her email wasn't true. she keeps asking me if i ever got some voucher. i have told her repeatedly that i never got any voucher for anything. i am rather ticked off at the moment.

I get at least 3-5 surveys a week from them, but most of the time they're filled up or no match for me. They even resolve my issue with my points since I had over 25,000 points before I was accidentally unsubscribed. Support is really slow to respond, but at least they answered my emails.
