Breaking up is (not) hard to do......

July 13, 2012 by Christy from United States

I've been a member of their panel for quite some time. They weren't my favorite survey site because sometimes I would spend up to 20 minutes answering questions only to be told (after they collected a great deal of information from me) that I "didn't qualify" for the survey. I recently noticed that they hadn't been sending me any surveys lately so I tried to log in to my account. I couldn't log in so I contacted customer service. They wrote back and said I had asked to have my account deactivated. I did not. They said since it had been more than 45 days they had deleted all my information and I'd lost all my points. They also said I could never reactivate my account or rejoin their panel - ever.

Going down hill

July 2, 2012 by vincent from United States

I've been using Ipsos for about 5 years and though I like that they added a PayPal option it still seems they're going down hill like most survey companies these days.
Incentives are weak and there seem to be far more surveys I don't qualify for being mailed than ever before.
More legit than some I've dealt with but once again I feel they are going down hill.

Still worth a try if you have time on your hands and wish to get your input out there and not worried about the incentive being high.

Don't Waste Your Time

May 23, 2012 by Ex from Bahamas

It's a shame, I've been a member of Ipsos I-Say and they treat their loyal members like crap. My account was randomly removed/deactivated and all my points lost. I contacted them and emailed back and forth, trying to get my account back. Throughout the whole time the lady, Janis, was basically trying to say and do anything to prove me wrong, rather than try to help me out and regain a loyal member. I apparently unsubscribed from their emails (why in the world should a whole entire account with points be removed just from THAT?!). Funny because the first email I got stated that when I "unsubscribed", you're supposed to get a confirmation email. But I did not receive any whatsoever (double checked my whole inbox), they ignored my proof and found more "rules" to not give me my account back. I did surveys for years and worked hard for my points, it's a shame they just don't care and not understanding. Don't even waste your time, it's just not worth it.

One of the least paying sites EVER

May 14, 2012 by Sudheer from United States

Their survey frequency is Ok and their website is good visually. But the most important part of a survey site is their incentives. They are DISMAL. 80% of the surveys are worth 45 cents and it takes at least 20-30 minutes. I recently did a product test for them. For evaluating a product for a week and then providing feedback for another 30 minutes, they awarded me 90 cents. You got to be kidding me. Ever did i see a product review receiving such low incentives. I believe ISay is trying to woo survey takers with their good looking website but it really sucks at incentives. Their customer service?? I believe there is an automated email sender, because i get the same reply literally for any type of question.
