Ipsos i-say was one of the first panels I joined. I was active, taking surveys every day. As we all know though, there is the constant failure to credit points for surveys taken. It was getting so bad that I had to email every week, sending numerous screen shots of my completed surveys to show them I completed and received no points.
They would send the standard 'copy and paste emails', stating they would look into it. I would have to keep following up otherwise I would not receive credit. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I had to write in again to get points that were not credited to me. After 2 weeks they gave me the points. I still took surveys and began taking screenshots of my history or 'points table' and noticed on a certain day, after completing a 90 point survey, that I was given the points but my score was the same, despite the fact I had just been given the earlier credit. I took the time to compare my point tables and saw I-say was giving my points but then somewhere else in my history and point chart,THEY WERE DEDUCTING POINTS! They reluctantly give points with one hand and deducted with the other. Don't make the mistake of thinking they aren't doing it to you or anyone else. I'm not the only one they were doing this to! Take screenshots of EVERYTHING! Compare your point tables often! The 'server error' is a crock of bull. If they were the ones losing because of the constant errors, they would have fixed it eons ago but the panelists are the ones who re losing and losing and losing and not getting credited! If you sign up for this panel - you will lose points, time, energy and your temper. Don't join - it's not worth it. They will manipulate your points and make you think you are getting when you are not. Of course, they NEVER addressed my emails! I sent them the screenshots PROVING that they were subtracting and deducting my points after they supposedly gave some to me and they ignored the emails. No respect for their hard working panelists!

Their customer service is awful. It takes many attempts to get them to even acknowledge your emails. When they do, you get a cut and paste form letter that addresses nothing that you wrote about. 95 percent of their surveys lead to nowhere. They say you will get 5 points for every survey you don't qualify for, but less than half the time you even get the lousy 5 points. When you get close to a threshold level to cash out, they will find a trivial or completely false reason to lock you out of your account. Avoid this site, There are hundreds of better survey panels out there.

Today alone I was postal coded though about 10 surveys in the last 10 minutes alone... lets see first reward earned in 10/2013.. have earned $30 in Amazon credit in that time... have been screened out of at least 5 of every 6 surveys with them... so not very time efficient... not real rewards if you look at it that way... sit here entering my birthday/Postal code.... over and over.... is that not in my profile already???? why have a profile if that does not screen the surveys they send me? WASTE OF TIME!

Among the survey sites, the reward from i-say is smallest. The customer service respond your reply very slowly and never solve any dispute. The system frequently did not record your reward after you finish a survey. If you ask the customer service, the answer always told that quotas is reached. The site sucks.

I have received payments from Ipsos in the past. This time when I requested $20 I heard nothing until 5 weeks later when I got a notice saying I needed to claim it in 6 days or lose it. I have contacted Pay Pal twice and they have tried to contact Ipsos for me also. They do not answer the phone on their form and the email address on their form comes back as can't help from this site "you need to contact Pay Pal". Looks like I won't get paid this time. IF YOU USE THEM I would not wait to collect or spend more than the $10 or 1000 points as you get them
