The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

I haven't gotten a single survey invitation in almost a month. My email address, my computer, my account, my home address - nothing has changed. I use to do well by them. I don't know what happened.

I hadn’t had a survey invite for a while so went to log in. Not recognised. Tried ‘forgot password’....email not recognised. Emailed them as I had at least £50 in there. They said I can rejoin with another email address!! I’m awaiting a reply regarding my points!! I’ve been with them for maaaany years and thought they were one of the best sites! Now I’m panicking as I’ve seen a reviewer on here saying they’d had their account terminated with no notice! What?! This is appalling treatment. I was saving my pints for Christmas as I’m unwaged and need survey money to buy presents.
EVERYONE, CASH IN YOUR POINTS! THEY COULD BE TAKEN FROM YOU AT ANY MOMENT WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW.

UPDATE: they have agreed to pay me my points as an Amazon voucher so at least I have my money...it was £68! The customer service has been snippy to say the least. Citing section 5 of t’s&c’s as the reason for deactivating my account. It doesn’t mention spam at all in that section...or any section!
To EMILY @ ipsos......I did contact customer service. They’re really not what they used to be. They may all be singing from the same hymn book but that book is v v flawed and they’re not really v nice about it!

I've been a member over 10 years. recently got no surveys for weeks. contacted them, they said nothing for my profile, be patient. then I couldn't log in. cs said they terminated me because I no longer match their requirements. however, one has 45 days to get payout from the date of cancellation. BUT they don't tell you they are cancelling you, you find out when you can't log in. So how can you redeem within their time frame if they don't tell you. I lost all my points, all that I worked for a year to get. their latest response was that they reserve the right to cancel any one at any time.

Amazon, PayPal, and other great rewards. I made a killing off this site. It's wonderful and I love them and their customer service. 10 stars would be for this site if I could put it.
