Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

I used to LOVE I-say. I was a member a few years ago and always had surveys to complete. I had cashed out multiple times with them in the past. Recently, I decided to get back into surveys, so I tried to log in. My account had been deleted so I made a new one. I've had this new account for 2 months now and I have yet to have a single survey; Not one.

I-Say is another one of those low yield but enjoyable to experience survey companies. They have very high screen out rate but have programs in place to lessen the impact. Frequently they will award a small amount of points if you screen out and they have a "loyalty" program. The loyalty program are slightly larger point awards for successfully completing survey's. You can earn up to $6 in point equivalents in a year. The program resets every January. I also enjoy their poll predictor sweeps stakes entry system. I actually learn interesting trivia. It would be nice If you didn't have to commit your entries to entries you're not thrilled about. Rewards are linear and can be taken in very small amounts, the interval to receiving an award is okay.

I've not had much interaction with customer service but they were pleasant and helpful when I did.

The i-Say mobile app is lacking, I discontinued using it after a week.

All those niceties said, you should not expect to get much back from i-Say. Even with the small points awards from screening out and loyalty, I expected with several visits a day to only net $150 a year. I just like their style.

I have been a member of this website for a little while. The only downfall of this website is that the testing of products are few and far between, If there were more opportunities to test out products this website would be great, You have to watch some time for a new product to test and then also to get paid.

Over the past few weeks I had two completed surveys I did not receive credit for even though at the end end it said I successfully completed them. I've emailed them numerous times with no reply.
