Reward Types and Amounts

I had really liked this survey site until recently, when I stopped getting surveys all of a sudden. I was part of a year-long group within that site that did continual feedback on a certain subject, and I went to log in to record a purchase. My email was not recognized, and when I contacted their Customer Service, after investigating, they told me that my account had been deactivated because they had been reported as Spam (I never reported their emails as spam so I don't know how that happened). I had enough points that I was eligible for a reward but they deactivated me and I am now out those points. They told me I could start over if I wanted. I think not. It's too bad because I thought this was a great survey site before this happened.

I've been really slacking at being active on I-Say. I let my acct go for months before finally getting on and actually digging into it. In a little less than 8hrs, I've gained $5 and can cash out. At $10, you can get PayPal. I've joined several polls, survey panels, and pay to play websites that offer junk and spam. Not once have I ever been redirected to a junk or spam site from I-Say. I never get my hopes up for these things but I'm extremely pleased with this website. Their survey's are innovative and relevant, as well. They aren't just random ones that you have no chance of completing. And if you don't get to complete a survey, or are disqualified for any reason, they still give you credit so it doesn't feel like a waste of time. I've been offered various panels to participate in that I know I can actually accomplish. I really don't understand the bad reviews for this site. You can't lie your way through survey's, if that's what people are hoping to do. You need to be truthful and accurate or they'll stop sending you panels. I seriously recommend this website.

I had just started with this site and earned 145 points, not enough to cash out for anything. I could log into the page and nothing looked different other than there were no surveys. I wondered about what qualified as inactivity as this site does not specify a time frame for inactivity in their terms and conditions. I hadn't taken a survey for a week. I e-mailed the company which responded very quickly that my account was deactivated because my profile no longer met their needs. You do have 45 days to cash out but this company does not e-mail members to tell them that their account is deactivated and some people do have points to cash out. I have read about this very same complaint from other people. I unsubscribe after my account is deactivated and then I get an e-mail to take a survey! I don't need a pat response from an Ipsos-iSay representative. I just need my e-mail address off your mailing list.

I have been using this website for over a month now and in that time I have already received 4 gift cards! I have tried using other survey website's, but this one seems to be the most legitimate. That being said, the amount of surveys you get a day is low, and even fewer you actually qualify for.

Like many previous posters-I had been a member for years and all of a sudden they deactivated my account with almost $500 in rewards owed. I had been a valued member and actually had just recently completed an in home product test during the deactivation. I contacted customer service and disputed their deactivation to no avail yet no explanation and not allowed to redeem my rewards..Stay away from this panel-much better ones out there.

As requested I contacted the support team but received the same party line. This time they told me I had 45 days to redeem my points but that is not what I was told at the time-I was told my points had been forfeited because of "contradictions" in my responses.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANEL!!!!

Update: I was contacted again and they let me redeem my rewards so I have amended my rating to reflect that.
