I have done 2 IPSOS Surveys in the past week through another survey company the combined time for those two surveys was over an hour and the incentive promised was $2.50. What IPSOS does is that they will let you complete their surveys 100% all the way down to the demographic questions at the end and then screen you out. They get the answers, use the research, and leave survey takers like me with nothing.
I pay $75 a month for internet, and these companies like this one. I suppose think I should pay my internet bill and do surveys for them for free. I mean I need the money is the only reason I even attempted to try and do surveys for IPSOS. Normally, I wouldn't touch them with a 40 foot pole. Well, that free ride is over with. When I get an IPSOS survey in the future it will be immediately met with clicking on the "X" in the upper right hand corner of my browser.
I suppose a company who was founded in 1975 and probably has millions and millions of dollars needs that $2.50 more than I do. I do hope you enjoyed it IPSOS. I am completely and utterly done with the games of completing a survey 100%, fattening your wallets, wasting my time, and getting infuriated that I got hustled, fleeced, and hoodwinked.
Your below 2 star rating on this site is well deserved and it lets you know that people are tired of being cheated.

The pay out on this site takes forever. Long surveys are worth barely any points (45-90 points), which is really the equivalent of cents if you are trying to cash out via Paypal. You need about 1450 points to cash out via Paypal (for $15).
The survey site is fun at times - there are sweepstakes you can enter for answering entertaining trivia questions after completing a survey, or if you get turned down for a survey. I spend a LOT of time trying to qualify for a survey, sometimes going through questions for 10 minutes only to be turned away. I wish their survey screening was better using member data, because that's why I don't use the site very often.
I also participated in an invited community forum on purchasing habits over Christmas. I enjoyed it a lot, and ended up winning both a $10 gift certificate and a $20 gift certificate (I chose Amazon gift certificates). The survey panels were worth my time.
It's worth a look, but I recommend OneOpinion over Ipsos. Only use if you have time to burn...lots of time.

I have been a member for many years. I recently noticed that I was not receiving anything and when I attempted to sign into my account it said it was inactive!
I immediately asked them to look into it and their response was that they noticed some contradictions in my answers. They said that these discrepancies affected the accuracy of their survey results. As a consequence they were obligated to deactivate my membership.
I feel this is totally unfair and would like to see concrete evidence of these discrepancies.
I also asked them if I would be allowed to rejoin at a later time. No answer yet on that.
I am not sure if I had points to cash out or not!
I am baffled!

Dear Sirs
I did not consign your emails to spam, I simply haven't been responding to them as often as before. My email service does not send a notification to say that a message has been sent to a spam folder, it is shown as being delivered. You wouldn't know if I'd read it or sent it to any other folder, manually or automatically.
I had built up many points over many hours and was waiting to cash in in the near future with vouchers. I had even been collecting loyalty bonuses for my activity. As far as I was aware you simply stopped sending me emails.
Not once did I ever see an email warning me of account closure due to inactivity. This with about twenty pounds of points in my account! A far as I am concerned this was a cynical exercise to save on paying out to someone who had spent hours on your website and accrued a few pounds of points.
To say that I am disgusted is putting it mildly. To say that I am disgusted is putting it mildly. I will make sure that all of my friends are made aware of how poorly you treat loyal members.
Best Regards,
xxxxx
