They seem to have a hard time crediting survey's. The first time they failed to credit my account, I contacted customer support and received a very nice reply promising to credit my account within 3 days. Never happened! I've had several surveys not credit. As I've tried to resolve the problems through customer support without success, I'm now taking to review sites to warn others. Be prepared to waste your time as this site is not concerned with paying out for their surveys.

Ipsos -I-say has good surveys and the points are decent.
Their major problem is their website. It is erratic, takes forever to load and doesn't always indicate if I completed the survey or not.

In 7 weeks responded to every email and checked in without having received one.I've had 54 starts. My total is 365 points
37 were 0 points--redirected
12 were 5 points--didn't qualify
5 were more than 5 points.
So my time, 3 hrs 44 min, is worth about a buck an hour!
I'd be a fool to continue.

Where do I start? I noticed no one is talking about the fact that it could take up to three weeks after you cash out to receive payment. I agree that you have to keep track of the surveys you do for them because you don't get credited sometimes. They seem to be having a lot of technical difficulties. If this site used to be one of the best, it's not anymore.

I completed a in home test and did everything I was told to do and never was sent my incentive. They said it takes 6 weeks and I 1st emailed them back in october 14 2014 and now it's 1/5/2015 and I haven't received my $10 BUCKS. I'm going to email them again and see what's going on now .
