I Say Not This Survey Site

July 10, 2014 by Mari from United States

Started with Ipsos back in 2005, and stayed with them this long because they were a great survey site~emphasis on were! Out of the past 20 surveys, I've completed 3, 2 of which were not credited. You still get 5 points for DQ's, but reaching the 1,000-point cash out will be a lengthy process~I haven't cashed out in over a year.
In all the years I've been a member, I never won anything despite at least, 1000 entries. They recently revamped the site, and these changes, lower points, DQ's, poor member communication, are the result. Only 40 pts. from cash out, and not sure if I even want to stick it out!

Beware - Check payable to bearer

July 1, 2014 by Lea from United States

I have been a member for many years and no problem. However, not as good as before. Lower points than before, surveys stay listed after you've been disqualified so you keep clicking them. A bother, they should be removed after your attempt. But, this problem of bearer check is new. November of 2013, received a bearer check from Ipsos for a frozen food survey purchase. I completed the survey. Bank would not recognize bearer check. Ipsos customer service emailed they would send corrected check with my name. Constant stalling, check never sent. I have emailed them multiple times. I have other points nearing cashout and then I will unsubscribe. I have no respect for this company. Appalling customer service, no respect for the survey taker. A shame!

Not good

June 26, 2014 by Janice from Canada

Every time I get a ipsos survey, I get to the end and get kicked out. I keep going back and try another survey thinking maybe it's my computer, nope, they take up my time and answers and no reward, I'm done

Pays but Takes a Long Time!

June 17, 2014 by Lance from United States

This site is pretty good but it takes a while to earn enough points to cash out. The most frustrating part is that the site says you have surveys but they aren't available or won't work. If you click on them they never go away. So it's really hard to tell which ones are real and which ones are not.

Not Worth the Effort

June 7, 2014 by Shawn from United States

Was only a member for a few months, during which time I decided that Ipsos I-Say was not for me. Qualifying for a survey was difficult, but above anything else the site seemed to have major technical issues nearly all the time: screens would hang, I'd be redirected to blank pages, or would get an error notice and have to close out of the survey (after having already investing 5 or 10 minutes on it!). Canceled with great relief!
