I have made over 150 from this site in 1 year yes you get alot and get screened out but you still get 5 points even if you screen out.
I'm about to cash out for 45 dollars in visa gift cards or maybe amazon I haven't decided yet what I will be using the points I have to use yet.

Went to log in my account had been closed! Sent an email asking as to why?! today (11/8/2014) went to log in my account is back but my 635 points are gone! SO I sent another email asking to have them back and will update if they give them back!
But notice I did not get any info about my account being closed or reopened after my email as they state a reply after 3 days!
Still enjoyed the site but if they close my account again I will say bye bye forever and be sad I lost a good site that paid half way ok if you stay with it long enough;

This used to be a relatively good site. Over the last year, I have had numerous occasions where I haven't received my vouchers. Each time, I have had to chase them up, and even then, there's been a time delay and more screw-ups.
One particular time, I hadn't received my voucher, had chased up and "cashed-out" another. The replacement voucher arrived, but then I had to chase up the "new one".
I've had continuous problems, so decided to wait until I had £20 before cashing-out...once again, after 4 weeks I still haven't received them, so I contacted Ipsos to find out what's been happening. This is their response:
"Unfortunately, we are not able to register another replacement order for you, since it appears that 2 replacement orders have already been registered for your account this year.Thank you for your understanding."
Well I do not understand. I can't understand why one site would suddenly have such appalling responsibility or accountability. I've suggested that they check and cancel the previous that they have apparently sent, or perhaps try to send recorded delivery.
My advice; empty your account and leave, as I'm pretty sure no-one is working for free here!

The customer service is good, I usually qualify for all of the surveys and they have a nice quality to them. The only problem is the surveys can be very long and griddy with huge grids to fill out but I put up with those surveys because i like everything else about them.

I honestly do not understand the negative reviews I have read here!
I have been doing survey's for them for almost 2 years and not experienced any of the problems anyone is talking about!
They pay promptly and the surveys are good, If you screen out it is only after a few questions.
Last month I had a technical problem, I was unable to redeem my points for PayPal, I contacted customer service, the next day I had a reply to please try another browser and if that didn't work to let them know.
I tried 2 different browsers and they would not work either. I recontacted them , that evening I had a reply asking me to tell them how many points I would like to redeem and they would send it to my PayPal acct. I did that and within 4 days the money was in my PayPal!
Great customer service ! Hope this helps others!

You won't get rich, but you can get a little extra $ for your time. Have had issues with the surveys not going away even though I'm not qualified, clicking on email surveys but not being available, not getting credit for surveys taken (all things listed by other reviewers). It hasn't happened a lot, but I've learned to pay more attention (I take a pic of surveys I'm taking, so I'll have the survey # in case of problem) to make sure I get what is promised. Customer service is slow, but they do get back to you eventually. Takes patience to use this site, but at least I haven't found it to be a rip off like another one I'm signed up with. I'm ready to kick them to the curb, but don't want to loose my hard earned $ I have accumulated. Probably will cut my losses soon if things don't improve, but I did write a review for them also. Good luck, but have patience!
