As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Survey Lengths

Like many others I went to log in to my account today to find it had been suspended.

After contacting their support I received the same response as others offering no valid reason for this suspension.

Several e-mails have gone back and forth with Lifepoints sending what appear to be "standard responses".

I have spent a lot of time doing surveys and diary surveys and have a lot of points built up which I have no intention of losing.

I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague as it appears they think they can simply steal people rewards.

I have been a member for many years and today I was unable to log in. I was told to contact the help desk. Just about 12 hours later I received the following response:

"After reviewing your account history and performing an audit of your membership, we have found evidence that you have violated the LifePoints Reward Point Rules. Therefore, your account has been deactivated and all LifePoints (LPs) have been forfeited."

I was never told what I supposedly did and I just cashed out for a $25 GC and still had over 600 points left. So I am being cheated out of all my earnings, not to mention all the time and effort put into taking so many surveys.

I had trouble with this site 4 years ago when it was MySurvey, as they said I quit and I did not. They offered me the option of reopening my account with another email address and they would transfer my points, which were MANY. I opened the account but they never transferred the points. NOW I am VERY sorry I ever re-joined!

Beware of this panel of thieves as this could happen to you too!! Unfortunately this kind of reprehensible behavior will continue until there is some legal recourse we can take.

After 11 years being a member of LifePoints/GlobalTestMarket, they randomly banned me without a reason and stole my points. Avoid this site.

This company closed my account for "Violating the terms of service." What terms did I violate? They won't say, but they will keep the points I accumulated. There are many better sites out there. Avoid this one!
