Great Rewards Options

In order to request a reward, you must have a minimum of 550 LifePoints ($5) in your account. Once you've reached this balance, you can spend your LifePoints on three main reward options: gift cards, PayPal payments and donations. Note that rewards options may vary between countries.

  • e-Gift cards - With just 550 points, you can request a $5 e-gift card from Amazon, Starbucks, Best Buy, Google Play, Apple Store, Marks & Spencer, Love2Shop, ebay, to gas stations, and more
  • PayPal payments - With 1200 points in your account, request a $10 PayPal payment.
  • Donations - Donate to a great charity with as little as $1 (110 points). Charities include: Red Cross, Special Olympics, Eco Matcher

All rewards are issued within 10 days of request. If requesting a PayPal payment, be sure your PayPal email address is the same as the e-mail address you used to sign up with Lifepoints.

Points Value: 550 Lifepoints = $5.00. Therefore, 10 points = $0.09

As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.

Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.

Receiving More Surveys

To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). Earn Points for Disqualifications

If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

They have ZERO Customer Service!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I liked this before they changed names to Lifepoints!! Since they have SUCKED!! I tried for over THREE bloody MONTHS to get a reply from their "customer service" and when they DID FINALLY respond, they were of NO help and REFUSED to give a number to call or escalate it to management!! I lost ALL My points! Which EQUALS MONEY!! NOT RIGHT! They TAKE AND TAKE but will NOT help when you need it! There are WAY better places out there! DO NOT trust this one!

Not a good experience

Went through the process of creating an account to find redeemable points take quite a bit of seat time to obtain. After attempting to complete three to four surveys (about 5 - 10 minutes each) and ending up at the same "Survey full" page, i found this would not be worth the time spent. Maybe, others will have better luck, but i do not recommend.

Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.

I had trouble recently logging into LifePoints. If you contact their Help Centre with the heading "sitereview" , they will respond immediately and resolve the issue for you. I get survey invitations regularly and the incentive is good. Would recommend.

Incompetent!

Do not be fooled lifepoints is just mysurvey with a new look and the same old errors and incompetent customer service!

I joined up with this waste of time when it was lightspeed survey they had many name changes since then and it has become worse with each makeover. Lifepoints survey appears to blacklist people for forgetting to turn off their proxy server. Mind you it was a one time mistake i simple forgot! So i turned it off and re-logged into lifepoints that should have been the end of it right? NOPE! Less than a day after the incident my account was blocked no surveys, no access to my rewards (not authorized) so i contacted customers service explain my problem and i waited a month! A month later i contacted customer service again (emailed them) explaining the problem two week later nothing again so i use the chat function after 20 minute i get someone they apologies and tell me they have my account unblocked within 24 hours two days later my account is unblocked i can access my rewards but no survey's are available okay so i wait two week later no survey still! I get the email in my inbox but when i click them i go straight to my account page that shows no survey's available. So i go to customer service once again this time using the chat and they tell me they will look into it. One months passes no update! Two months pass no update! I contact CS AGAIN they apologies and tell me they will fix the issue in 24 hours. A week and a half pass and STILL no survey's i complain to CS again they tell me they will contact me when they have a solution. Two weeks later they contact me stating they have fixed my issue.... SURPRISE! It worked for one day. One day! The next day it went back to no survey's i complained they say there is nothing more they can do for me! ...they say there is nothing more they can do for me!

So I Closed the account! I call CS ask them to remove all my information (delete it) They tell me (LIES) that they would be happy to comply and are sad to see me go. This was in August this year. I am still receiving emails from life points to this day!
