Survey Taking Experience

Take Surveys, Earn Points, Get Rewarded
As a LifePoints member, you can contribute your views and opinions by completing online surveys covering various aspects of your daily life. Other activities such as mini-polls, product testing and other types of data collection are also opportunities to earn LPs (LifePoints) to receive exceptional rewards including money and free gift cards.
Survey invitations are sent out by email and can be taken any time during the survey period. Members don’t need any special skills to complete the activities within LifePoints consumer panel. If you can contribute your thoughts and fill out the online survey, then you’re ready to go!
Survey Lengths
Survey lengths vary, however most surveys will take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Compensation awarded for every survey varies, and depends on its length, as well as the client's urgency for survey takers to complete it. The more urgent the assignment, the more points it will offer.
Receiving More Surveys
To ensure you're being invited to the maximum number of surveys, ensure your personal information on file is up to date. Do this by filling out the profile questions available in your account (which will earn you an extra 10 points!). This will help match you to the best possible surveys and will increase the number of market research studies that are most relevant to you and your lifestyle.
Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you start a survey but don’t get to finish it, LifePoints will reward you with a small number of points as recognition for your time and effort. Point amounts may be 2 or 3 points at a time and can help you reach a cash out sooner. You may earn up to 10 extra LifePoints a day this way, which means you can redeem your earnings for rewards sooner!

I have been a member for over a decade with no problems and out of nowhere they now deactivated my account and I cannot log in! No response as to why!
UPDATE- I contacted "BEN" with the code he gave and now my account is reinstated and i can log in again. All my points were still there and I did not have to make another account as some have posted that they were told to do. Just hope it never happens again.

Apologies for the long winded review, hopefully you find it useful.
I ran into problems in May of this year when the MPR Diary I was completing disappeared. I'd completed half of it but was then unable to continue as it vanished from the list of available surveys.
After contacting customer services I received many different template responses, none of them were helpful.
At the beginning of July I then got the well documented ‘Sorry, your membership is temporarily unavailable. Please contact our Help Centre for support’ error.
I then contacted customer services numerous times and it quickly became evident that all communications from this organisation are generic template responses. I was still unable to log into my account.
At the end of July I received the predictable account closure email stating I had broken their terms and conditions. For the record I have done no such thing.
From July until today I have received a total of 22 template responses to the error I originally reported about being unable to log in.
Even though they have closed my account they’re still sending template generic emails for an issue that no longer exists.
If you have any points that are redeemable I would urge everyone to do so and to then close your account.
Without a doubt this is the worst survey company in operation.
There is a pattern that clearly highlights their actions. A build-up of points, an inability to then log in and finally the inevitable account closure.
Do not open an account under any circumstances.
***UPDATE***
After nearly 5 months and over 50 emails later I was finally able to access the rewards section of the site.
I redeemed as many points as I could and received a payment.
During this process I was still receiving the generic template responses and nobody bothered to email me to tell me I could redeem my points.
It was pure luck I happened to try on that day and I was able to access that section of the site.
I still haven’t received a single survey since I reopened my account in October.
Again I keep asking for an explanation and as usual it’s a case of being bombarded with unhelpful generic template emails.
For your own sanity do not have any dealings with this organisation.

Update: I posted how my email provider again marked lifepoint surveys as spam and lifepoint was very quick to deactivate my acct. I contacted them and was told I had to sign up using a different email and they cannot reactivate my account. I did that and started a new email acct with lifepoints and they did transfer my points from the old acct to the new one. BUT I am not getting ANY surveys at all in my new acct. and when I sign into the acct with my new acct I have an error message and no surveys to take. Error: PS_506: No surveys available at this time. At least they did transfer my points and I was able to cash them out and didn't lose them. I have emailed them a few times about not receiving any surveys and the error message on their main page but no response. I AM getting an occasional non survey email from lifepoints at my old email address and I noticed a few again went to my spam folder. Looks like I am done with them since they won't answer my emails or fix the error problem or send any surveys.
For some reason my email provider marked a survey from lifepoints as spam. I found it in my spam folder and I marked it was not spam. Lifepoints deactivated my account. I have contacted them and explained that sometimes my email provider will mark something as spam, even emails from family and friends. In fact a few years ago everything was marked as spam by my email provider and I went through weeks of trying to get survey companies to activate my accts. I hope lifepoints will reinstate my acct but so far I have heard nothing from them and cannot sign in. They have been a so-so company. I get a lot of surveys but many I don't qualify for or get an error and no points but I have stuck with it and have received some nice rewards.

They use to be good then one day they just wouldn't let me login anymore, and when I contacted them, they would say they are working on the problem. Funny, I had 25.00 to cash out to and never responded to my email anymore after the 10 tenth time complaining. Can't believe they are doing this now, beware of lifepoints they will get to you.

If you've read any other one-star review of LifePoints, then you probably already know my story: did a couple of surveys that didn't pay me at the end, messaged their staff and was told that it'd take a week or two but they'd compensate me, then was told that MAYBE they'd compensate me if their internal audit confirmed everything and then, finally, was locked out of my account a day or two later.
The only fortunate thing for me was that I always obsessively empty my reward totals the first chance I get, so while I should've finished with a balance of about 1,100 points, this is only the equivalent of about $5 cash.
You don't want to use this site, at least not with any sizable investment of time or effort. If you absolutely feel that you must, empty your cash at every opportunity because odds are significant that you'll randomly get locked out... "accidentally."
