On Maru's homepage, you will see the dollar value of rewards awarded to members the month before; this typically numbers in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Redeeming Your Points

When you reach 5,000 points, you can redeem your points for a $50 denomination of your chosen reward. Rewards are delivered via email within a week of request.

Refer Your Friends to Rack up Points

Refer your friends to the community, and earn 200 bonus points. Successful referrals are defined as those who have confirmed their membership and participate in at least 2 surveys within their first month of membership. Angus Reid is great. In response to everyone who has complained about not receiving a lot of surveys, I have a couple of points. 1) update your profile regularly- they send you surveys based on the relevancy of the survey to what you've put in your profile. 2) do all the little free surveys that they send you- these also influence the paid surveys that they'll send you. At least, I've found that doing these little things increased how many surveys I received. Anyway, I cash out 50$ every year/year and a half. I've also dealt with their customer service/technical support department and they are super quick and effective.

In the same amount of time than ipsos I say(since 2010),i got 200$ less!ridiculous! sometimes i have only ONE survey every 2 weeks and it's only 0.50$. The only reason why i give em 3/5 is because i never get any problems with their surveys like ipsos i say (hundreds of surveys not finished or full of bugs)

they don't send out survey too often, may be once or twice a month , so it usually take me 12-18 months to cash out. but their survey usually pretty short , so it's not too bad.

I've been with them for a while and still haven't been able to cash out. With the number of surveys sent it takes over a year to cash out. You might receive a survey every 1.5 to 2 months @ 1-2.50 a survey, it will take over a year to cash out. There are better ones out there!
