Members of Mindfield are invited to participate in surveys or focus groups. Surveys usually take 5 – 15 minutes to complete and vary with their rewards given, but you could earn up to $10 per completion. Focus groups may be rewarded up to $100 for participation.

Product Testing Opportunities

Mindfield occasionally offers product testing opportunities to their panel members. Product testing assignments involve being sent a product to test out, and completing a survey about the product. Most product tests award a cash incentive in addition to the product itself.

Cash Rewards

Incentives with Midfield Online surveys come in the form of cold hard cash or Amazon certificates! All rewards are distributed in US currency. Once you have earned a minimum of $5.00, you are eligible to cash out your account. The reward system is as follows:

Once you join Mindfield online internet panels, you may receive periodic emails regarding "Survey Cloud" opportunities which will state how many survey opportunities Mindfield has available directly and through other providers, along with the total value of all these studies (typically in the thousands of dollars). Visit the Survey Cloud every day for new daily survey opportunities.

I used to make decent money from them (for a survey site), but they've gone down. Stopped sending as many surveys, and they're harder to qualify for than they used to be. Also, their member website is atrocious...they don't keep it updated and there are all sorts of errors. Their "sweepstakes" that you automatically get entered in whenever you take a survey has to be totally fake, and they take FOREVER to credit you for the surveys you do take. On the plus side, they offer product tests which are sweet, and those pay more if you can qualify. Plus they offer PayPal, but you end up wasting a lot more time on them than worth it.

I have been a member since many years. I have cashed out several times, hundreds of dollars. But I am sure I have not beem credited for many surveys I qualified. My balance seems to be at a standstill if I check it every week, so I check it after months. Even then I dont see much. But since Friday 19th Dec 2008, every link I am recieving says Invalid geo location, survey not available in your location. Is anyone else experincing the same error. I have emailed support, but support is most unresponsive. LOL

I have been a member for little less than a year and have not received many surveys. I don't have enough to cash out. Most of the time when I receive a survey I never qualify. However, I did receive a nice product test from them recently. I hoping it gets better.

all surveys have been pending and they never pay, I would give zero star if I could I did send they a request to fix and they did just have to see how long it takes to get to my PayPal account.

I have been with Mindfield for years and have only cashed out a few times, but recently completed a month long product test that was worth $30. They are pretty slow at turning pending surveys into completed surveys, but I had been checking daily and noticed that my pending surveys had turned into "not credited". After reading the reviews about customer service, I felt defeated already. I sent an email anyway, asking what the issue was and to my surprise, the next morning I received a reply that the full $30 had been credit to my account. I requested a cash out to my Paypal account moments later. I am very, very pleased and have some faith restored in Mindfield.
