Simply enter your email address and desired password on its home page to begin the registration process. This is one of the best sites that I have found for earning point quickly. Good rewards, have not yet redeemed so do not know how quickly they pay. Receive points for trying, which helps.

My Points does give you interesting ways to make money. The one major problem I have is with their customer service. I have sent give email requests relative to one issue for the last two weeks and have not received a response. That is just totally unacceptable especially for someone that is very active on their site.

I have revised my review downward to reflect the total lack of professionalism on the part of My Points Customer Service. They owe me a ton of points from several different offers to include Save the Children and others where if you agree to donate a certain amount of money then they will provide you points. I have donated to three or four charities through their website and they refuse to honor their commitment. When I send in a request for assistance they either ignore it or tell me to provide them proof of my compliance with the offer. When I provide them proof they ignore it and never get back to me.

I have no earthly idea how this corrupt company stays in business operating like this. I am a retired fraud investigator and I urge everyone that uses this site to not expect them to honor their commitments.

On February 28th, 2019, I see they are offering 7K points for donations to Save the Children. Don't make the same mistake I did and donate as you will not get any points. I made several $18.00 donations starting in August of 2018 and still haven't received points. Numerous customer service requests were ignored. Please please don't get taken like I was.

Mypoints is good for shopping, signing up for certain websites, searching, and etc, but they are not good for surveys. I made a mistake on a survey once, clicked the wrong answer, and Mypoints took away my ability to do surveys. I contacted them and I told them that mistakes are going to happen and that they should not take away their members ability to take surveys for minor mistakes, at least not right away without some positive way to handle the situation like having members inform them every time they make a mistake. or something. Mypoints to gave me back the ability to do surveys again and told me that if I make another mistake then they will not allow me to keep taking surveys with them, but I do not trust this site anymore when it comes to surveys and you should not either. Mypoints ignored what I told them, so they are an unsafe place for surveyors because what they want surveyors to do is impossible. My advice is to avoid taking surveys with Mypoints completely, they can shut down your ability to do surveys for any reason and at any point, leaving you defenseless whether you really did anything wrong or right.
