Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

I have been doing surveys for about 3 weeks now on MySurvey. I spend hours answering tons of questions and don't even get credit for more than half the surveys I take. You get about half way through and get a message "this is all the questions we have for you today" OR I spend 30 minutes completing a lengthy survey, then hit the submit button and get an error message and no points. Complaining doesn't do any good. As soon as I return to work, I won't be wasting my time doing this anymore. I am waiting on a $10 reward for 3 weeks of work.

This website really is awful. I've used it for a few years and really enjoyed it. Over the last few months I was having issues with my account. I was getting booted out when I would click on a survey. That didn't happen with all of them but most of them. I wrote to them several times on the site page and on FB. It never got fixed so I redeemed the points I had and opened a new account thinking it might work better. After about 300 points worth of surveys its was suddenly inactive. I went back and for with them over the last week or so trying to get an answer. Today they finally sent me a message on FB accusing me of fraud. I told them that account wasn't open that long and I did only a few surveys, certainly not enough to warrant accusing me of fraud. Stay away from them. Not worth it at all.

Now they are posting jobs on LinkedIn for data entry clerks. I clicked on the link and it took me to a page with a series of questions. It then took me to the MySurvey website to register. That's not a data entry clerk job. Talk about fraud. I contacted them and went off.

My survey has been cheating me out of my rewards. I have finished several surveys many that were supposed not pay me 250 points for using my webcam and when I get to the end and click finish I get this, A technical error has occurred. It is not possible to access this survey.

I've been cheated out of at leastb10 bucks I've the last 2 months. They also make it so hard to even report it, many better places to do surveys. They were supposed to get better for 2019 but my survey and global test market got way worse.

They "WERE" an awesome site, but went dark. Tried to log-in, and account not accessible. Even tried to create a new account, and they said "e-mail already on file", but when tried to change password through link, they told me "no record on file". Should change the name to Mystery.com

I've been with MySurvey for over 7 years now and I'm fairly satisfied with them. I make $10-$25 per month doing their surveys. The site can be very slow at times. Many times, they get 5-10 minutes of information from you, but don't give you any credit for your time. Sometimes, you get surveys that seem to last forever, which can really test your patience.

My biggest problem is that their rewards are reduced. Half a decade ago, 50000 points would earn you $50, now its 60000 points for $50. The log-in can be very slow a times, but its not that bad. I am surprised at all of the 1/2 ratings for MySurvey on Survey Police. I still get a decent amount of surveys and get paid some money.

It has been extremely slow lately, they must have bad servers or something. Also, I hate when you spend 15 minutes doing are very tedious survey and then you get a message "According to our records, you have already filled out this survey." If I filled out the stupid survey already, then why are they sending me the same darn survey. Very annoying and stupid!

Update: They screw you over sometimes with the high point surveys. I just recently finished a beverage survey and after I submitted the survey, the login got locked and I never received the points. Also, I participated in a discussion survey for 3000 points and of course never received the points for that one either.

As of lately, the website doesn't work at times. I just tried to log in and the website was down again. They have so many technical problems here!

Their pay is lousy and takes over a week now to get a PayPal credit. surveys crash and are way too long, they ask so many stupid questions, just a miserable experience. What's annoying is that they'll have a list of surveys available say 6 and you do them and the list does not shrink, so you don't know how many there are. And the surveys are now just super tedious and annoying to go through, hardly worth the time anymore. Now when I do them, I just can't wait to get done, it's just that much of a awful experience! They need to do some maintenance on their website, it's so slow. The only good thing about this site is that they do pay you for your work.

Their last act of stupidity: I logged in 3 weeks ago and I could not get into my account, it said my account was inactive. Just horrible treatment for someone who has been on their panel for 8 years!

Update: Someone got back to me and reactivated my account, so we'll see if I keep getting surveys.

Another update: I just tried logging in and the site crashed! Ready to give up on them, so aggravating!

Update: The website is down about 40% of the time, so when I'm finally able to log in, there are 18 tedious surveys waiting. The website is still as slow as could be.

Final update: Again, I was not able to log into their website. I'm done with this stupid site!
