Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

Don't waste your time - with no warning, my login attempts were suddenly "account inactive". When contacted, all they will say (over and over!) is it's to do with "the data provided by you in the registration process not being in line with our panel membership terms and conditions" and they can't tell me more. I am completely eligible for the panel according to the terms and conditions and conscientious about my surveys, so this is baffling.

This company is extremely weak.
As a late 20's full time single Male, this website has disqualified me from at least 15 surveys within 4 questions.

What surveys they do not disqualify you from are worth nearly nothing, most people claim making less than 30 dollars a month and I can see why. Within 8 hours of surveys zero qualified for completion and it became very clear that this company is only looking for targeted information and will collect and sell as much of your information as quickly as possible, whether anonymous or not (I do not know, I dont work there.)

Money per hour? 0.00 dollars,
Wasted time? Over 8 hours
Surveys qualified? 0

Don't waste your time. Get a part time job.

In December was told by them they were changing to Lifepoints. whatever that is. As of today I have heard nothing and do not know if they are still in business. Glad I cashed in my points and got what i wanted.

I just logged in & attempted survey last week. Today I attempted to log in and received this message: "Inactive Account We apologize, but the account used is currently not active. Please contact us if you have questions." I've been a member for YEARS and now this.....

This company is now one of the worst survey companies around. They used to be really good and very fair too. Now, I never receive studies and I have contacted this company several times with no response. I'm cashing out and moving on. It's a shame to because I was a loyal member of My Survey for years.
