Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

This survey gives me real money. I love being able to make money from home in my spare time. I dont have much spare time but I can do these surveys whenever I am available.

I'm actually sending a copy of what I sent to MySurvey explaining why I'm unsubscribing from their site.
"I don't know if you are aware of or even care (I fear the latter is true based on your non-response), of a very consumer-oriented site called SurveyPolice. It's a place where real people rate real survey sites. I'm adding my negative review today to the several people who have discovered what I have discovered about YOUR site. That is that you no longer care about a stellar reputation you used to have as relates to your customer service area. I had been a member for many, many years before I unsubscribed myself because of poor service. Thinking you changed back to caring about your survey-takers I again joined up several months ago - wrong!!! If anything you've gotten worse. What a shame and shame on you that you can't even take the time to acknowledge if you've even received our concerns. I'm do disappointed and really mystified - WHY are you treating your survey-takers so poorly? To be honest I feel like I'm talking to myself and certainly don't anticipate a response, but hey I feel better about getting this off my chest. Please unsubscribe me."

Not as good as it used to be, getting screened out on completion of surveys is very annoying and a complete waste of time.

Made an account on this site for the SOLE PURPOSE of reviewing MySurvey. I must have spent a grand total of 9 hours trying to do surveys with varying rewards 30-300 and have only made 200pts. get screened out after spending 20-40mins attempting to complete surveys, if this doesn't happen, there is an error, or they don't credit you what is promised or don't credit you at all. customer service doesn't respond. These guys SUCK!!!!

Mysurvey has a decent amount of surveys that tend to come out in bunch and then lie dormant for the rest of the month. The rewards are acceptable but on the low side; points that can go to paypal or other rewards. The reason for the low rating is that I have frequently (as often as one out of ten) run into technical errors AFTER I have finished an entire survey and then received no compensation. After writing to the company, they have never provided the compensation promised and the errors keep coming. Until this is addressed it is not worth doing surveys with this company.
