Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

they used to be a fairly good panel, but now they take a lot of info and then don't give you the points. when you ask them about it, they always want you to do the legwork, but the there is no way to find the info. Also, I put an app on my phone from their site and it caused my phone all kinds of problems and they would take no responsibility. they have gone way downhill.

I signed up wanting to earn points to make some extra money to help with bills and maybe getting some gifts cards in the process but all I seem to get is sweepstakes points. I have over 200 of them but not a single actual point.

This survey site is so frustrating. here in Australia they use a .net.au address. Many years ago someone told me to be wary of .net.au addresses and this site proves why!
Supremely bad customer service, with what appears to be very little recognition or command of the English language.
I've just done 20 surveys in a row with no reward, even though I've done 3/4 of the survey itself.
There's never any rectification of issues, and even their own mobile app links don't work.
Once I've finally scrapped together enough points to get my next reward I'm cancelling my account, it's a long, arduous and painful experience accruing points with these people and I seriously doubt that their COMPETITION is real.
Really not good.

This was one of my favourites. Everytime i logged in i would find surveys for me to do . Since I received my last payout,months ago, I haven't had any surveys

I have been a member of My Surveys for years and in the beginning I had no issues. The last few years thing have changed. The main issue now is do not bother to get back to you when you have a problem. I had over $ 30 in my account and they closed it and I can not get a hold of anyone to get then to reopen my account. At one time you could email Carol at My Surveys and she would get right back to you but now the emails go to another place out of the country and they do not get back to you. This is the fourth time they have closed my account for no reason but at least I received a response and they reopened my account before, not this time. I have heard other stories about survey issues from others which I have also had. I am not sure if this survey site is worth the trouble any longer and would not recommend joining. There are many other good site out there you can join without the drama this one provides or in their case does not. They by far have the worst customer service of any survey site.
