Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THE MY SURVEY PANEL FOR 1-2 YEARS & IT USED TO BE REALLY GOOD.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THEM BUT FOR THE LAST 3-6 MONTHS 1/2 OF THE SURVEYS SENT TO ME ARE FAULTY, OR I CAN ONLY PARTIALLY COMPLETE THEM, OR COMPLETE THEM IN FULL WITHOUT GETTING ANY POINTS OR THERE IS A TECHNICAL ERROR.

I AM GETTING EXTREMELY ANNOYED &^ EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED & VERY SICK OF WRITING TO EMMA MORRISON & GETTING ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE WITH NO COMPENSATION, & NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THERE ARE SO MANY PROBLEMS OR EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ALL GOING TO BE RESOLVED?.

COME ON MY SURVEY, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER & FIX ALL YOUR SURVEYS SO THEY ACTUALLY WORK PROPERLY & WE ALWAYS GET THE POINTS FOR COMPLETING THE SURVEYS.

I average about $30 a month from this site. the surveys add up if you keep at it
I don't understand WHY THIS SITE ONLY HAS A TWO AND A HALF STAR RATING!!!.

I have been a member of My Survey for over 10 years. Every year or so, they select me to do a Beverage Diary for 7 days, and I earn 400 points. I was completing the latest one, and I logged in on the morning after my last day to put in my evening beverages, and the survey was gone! The instructions said I had until Oct 7th to finish it (and it was only Oct 1st). I had to e-mail them twice before the responded, and said the survey was closed, and they could not give me the points! Next time they "invite me" to do another 7 day diary, I think I will pass!!!

Survey site used to be pretty good. I don't mind not getting points if I'm not qualified for the survey and find out quickly, But often with this site you need to answer A LOT of questions before they exclude. If you don't get your points they have NO WAY to track what surveys you completed. Also have these video surveys now that you have to wait to get points for. Sometimes those points never credited.

My survey used to be a good survey site and I got paid $10 once, but then they froze my account for no apparent reason that I can think of and I have sent them a couple of emails asking them why and they never got back to me.
