Survey Types

Take online surveys on a variety of different topics. Typically survey payouts are between $0.50 to $1.25. Surveys vary in length, but usually you earn 10 points per 5 minutes of taking part in a survey.

Redeeming Your Points

1,000 points are the equivalent of $10 USD. You need at least 1,000 points to begin redeeming your rewards. Points are generally rewarded once the survey has been completed, but in some cases, points will be rewarded after the survey closes (which could take up to 3 months).

Reward Types and Amounts

My Survey offers an extensive number of reward options:

• exchange your points for a payment to your PayPal account. 1,000 points = $10 PayPal payment
• exchange your points for an e-voucher from a variety of different retailers. These include: Amazon, Boston Pizza, Aldo, Macy's, Payless Shoes, the Olive Garden, and many more (1,000 points = $10 gift card).
• exchange your points for a cash donation to a variety of different charities. (1,000 points = $10 charity donation).
• exchange your points for merchandise including small electronics, jewelry, small kitchen appliances, more. There are dozens of options to choose from. Point amounts vary per item.

Paid Surveys

MySurvey offers traditional online surveys, whose payouts will depend upon the length and complexity of the survey offered.

Product Testing Opportunities

Occasionally MySurvey may offer product testing opportunities to their members.

Video Surveys

My Survey recently introduced to its members the opportunity to take webcam and video surveys.

Referral Program

MySurvey offers a referral program whereby referring friends and family from other households will net you 150 points (worth approximately $1.50).

Bonus Sweepstakes Opportunities

Every month, a few members are randomly selected to receive 10,000 points in exchange for being active on MySurvey. You receive an entry into the sweepstakes when you join the MySurvey panel and participate in panel activities (surveys, quick matches, mini polls or other activities offered).

For certain surveys completed, you will receive an entry into this same sweepstakes. The more you participate, the better your chances of winning the draw. The quarterly draw is for the following prizes: (1) reward of 500 Panel Points, (2) rewards of $250 Panel Points and (100) rewards of $10 Panel Points. If you win, you will be notified via email within 10 days of the draw.

Eligibility: Must be age 16+ to participate in USA, 14+ in Canada. Other countries may vary.

I have been a member of this for a long time and always get enough surveys and points to get a £5 Amazon voucher every month. Sometimes £10. My last survey was 18th August. I e-mailed them to ask if there were any problems and got a reply stating that they look to ensure I get at least 1 per month. Strange, since I was getting about 2 per day until then. I am worried that they may be on the way out. Cash out if you have the points.

*** Had a period of 2-3 weeks with no surveys but now getting them regularly again. About £10 in October cashed out. People have mentioned slow postage. I get e-vouchers for Amazon and receive them in about 4 days. I am pleased to get back on track with them as they were my favourite site

I was a loyal member of this company for over two years, and suddenly all surveys ceased. I wrote them repeatedly since July, and they told me there was nothing wrong with my account. I wrote them again three weeks ago, and they sent me a computer-generated message that my account had been suspended with no explanation. Fortunately, I was able to cash out the $225 I had accumulated in my account. These people are fraudulent, and I would never work with them again. If you have money in your account, cash out immediately, and cease doing business with them!

I used to get regular surveys from mysurvey but I haven't received anything for two months. This is what happened when they were Lightspeed as well - they suddenly stopped sending me surveys and I lost the points I had built up.

I like this site a lot. It doesn't have a lot of surveys and it does take a little bit of time to be able to cash out but so far the 2 times I've done it ($10 + $10), they've paid promptly so I really can't complain. It's one of the better ones out there I think.

I have been a member for a few months and have had a bunch of product tests and enough points to redeem for a cash out, so I was surprised to read all the negative reviews. This is one of my favorite survey sites.
