When new online surveys become available, you'll be e-mailed a survey invitation which will state the topic of the survey, the number of points offered for completing it, as well as the approximate time it'll take to complete. Even if you end up getting screened out of a survey, One Opinion will still reward you with points! This will help you reach your rewards goals faster.
Earn Points for Disqualifications
If you get screened out or are disqualified from an online survey, OneOpinion will still compensate you. Earn up to 250 points per day (50 points x 5 disqualifications) for screen outs.
Get Your Points Immediately!
After you complete an online survey, your reward points will instantly be loaded into your account. These points can be traded in towards great rewards from the OneOpinion Rewards Program.
Take Part in LOTS of Surveys
If you qualify, and your profile matches the studies criteria, there may be a new survey for you to take every day. Partner surveys are also available, which will help match you to additional studies.

I am a long time member of this panel, but today I got so frustrated dealing with their automated help bot that I am reevaluating my membership. I was taking a lengthy survey about cable TV networks, answering detailed question after detailed question for nearly half an hour. Then, all of a sudden I was told I didn't qualify and I was taken back to the home site. I tried explaining the problem to the help-bot, but all I received were generic responses that didn't address my problem, as well as a false promise that I would receive credit if I reload the page or log out and then log back in.
If you, too want to waste your time answering repetitive questions, then deal with an ineffective chat-bot, then OneOpinion is for you.

Joe,We apologize for the issues you experienced with our Emily virtual assistant.
Our virtual assistant was designed to provide quick responses and solutions for many of our day-to-day inquiries, such as point requests, password resets, reward information, email issues, etc. As point requests are our primary ticket type, Emily has been given the ability to credit points to member accounts. This process has been developed with machine learning in such a way that Emily can eventually learn to tell whether or not point requests are warranted. If Emily is unable to match your complaint with an eligible survey issue on her end, she may not credit the points to your account. If you continue to speak with her regarding the issue, she will eventually create a ticket for our human team to look into, and we can then credit your account if necessary.
With only your first name in the survey police review, I am unable to pull up all the specifics, but we do realize that technology is not perfect, and we are constantly trying to refine the assistant to fix issues and make her more helpful. If you want to contact our human team directly for assistance with this survey, please email [email protected]

Users be careful about this company, I did not receive my 1099 form from One Opinion. When I inquired about this issue, they stated 1099 was sent in an email. Instead of One Opinion sending me another email containing 1099, "Customer Care" stated I have to hunt the form down through the outside issuing company myself. Thanks for nothing One Opinion!! Next step is filing a complaint with the BBB.

Hi Matthew,Thank you for sharing your experience, and apologies for any frustrations you have had with our panel.
The point values for our surveys have always been based on the length and complexity of the survey. We do always try to keep these values in line with one another, but there can be times where some surveys will slip through the cracks. In these instances, we do always encourage members to reach out, so we can look into the specific surveys in question further, to see if adjustments need to be made, or if points need to be manually credited to member accounts.
Do note that surveys are currently limited. This is a very common occurrence at the beginning of the year, as our project teams as well as our clients are still working to get their marketing budgets lined up and approved for the 2019 year. Surveys should certainly pick up within the coming weeks, as they tend to trend towards year over year. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the lower survey numbers at this time.
If you would like to speak further about your survey experiences, or have anything else you'd like to address, don't hesitate to reach out to us via [email protected], or our Emily virtual assistant. We are always here to help.
Best,

RESPONSE TO RECENT UPDATE:
I apologize for any issues you experienced with your 1099 form. Unfortunately, with just your first name attached to your Survey Police review, I am unable to look into this in depth at this time. I know that 1099 forms were sent out several weeks ago via email, from our parent company, Critical Mix. Many participants had these incorrectly funneled to spam folders, so we were asking members to check there, but I am not familiar with any instance where we have told members to track their forms down from the issuing company. If participants have truly not received their forms, we have been very prompt in re-sending these via email.
If you would like to speak about this further, please write in to [email protected], I would be happy to more thoroughly investigate for you.

This is one of the few actual great survey sites. Surveys are interesting and credits are substantial for the most part, so it's easy to hit the $25 mark kind of quickly ( round about 2 weeks or less, warrant you are able to get surveys that grants a tleast 1000 credits.
(2 surveys(daily) *1000=2000*5 (days) =10,000*2(weeks) = 20,000($20)...then a survey worth 500 and boom "Bob's your Uncle"(there you have it) $25 )
Only thing I hope they do better in the future is... To streamline the PayPal process, to make if more fluid upon cash out making it more instantaneous oppose having to wait for 3-4 day before receiving payment.

Hi Dion,Thank you for your feedback, and for your positive review of the OneOpinion website! We are glad that you are enjoying your experience, and are having good luck qualifying for and completing high-paying surveys!
We do appreciate your comments on the virtual reward process. The wait/processing period was implemented in order to prevent fraudulent reward orders. We have looked into the possibility of shortening this wait time, but there are no concrete plans on when/if this will be changed. Just know we are hearing you, and it is being considered!
Please let us know via email or through our Emily virtual assistant if there is anything else we can assist with!

UPDATE *Feb. 6, 2019*
About a week ago I noticed "no surveys available" on oneopinion.com. About 4 days in I sent an email and it was explain that my account was paused. Lately I have been getting logged out of oneopinion.com and asked to log back in. Not sure what this is all about. I did run a malware, spyware program to see what the issue was.
The test came out malware, spyware free. I recently tried to cash out from oneopinion via paypal and was given an error message that I could not at this moment. The thing that really eats at me is that they have ZERO faith in me after being a member for SO long that there could be other factors involved here. Survey sites can be COLD in that "AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON, WE CAN CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE." I'm not sure why I cant build up any credit, or reputation within the community that I would be asked if I had noticed any problems recently.
This is a big disappointment as I have been a member for over 2 years and Oneopinion.com had been one of the very best survey sites for me.
I would like a representative from Oneopinion.com to leave a message letting me know what we can do about my account status and why I cannot cash out at the moment.

Garrett,Thank you for your review and feedback, and apologies for any issues you have experienced with the OneOpinion website. This is definitely not the experience we want for our members.
As a market research company that provides insights to many different clients, we have a responsibility to ensure we are always providing quality data. Because of this, we use several internal and third party systems in order to validate the identities of our panelists, check the relevance/quality of survey responses, check current locations against initially selected demographics, and more.
While these systems and processes are incredibly accurate, there is always a chance for friendly fire, and if this is the case here, we definitely want to look into this further. As I only have your first name in this SurveyPolice review, I don't have the full case history in front of me, but I would be happy to examine the situation in more depth.
Please email us at [email protected] with ATTN: Alex P in the subject, and I will personally investigate and be in touch soon.

I had several issues with this site, numerous times I told them. I even offered to send video and screen prints, but they wouldn't have any of it. So they decided to close my account. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
I figured they would have been satisfied if I would have sent of the problems I encountered. I figured it was because I have having problems with my internet. I have several other survey sites that are more than willing to work with me if I have problems. They never even bother to ask me what the problems was. They think I was doing it on purpose. If that was the case I would have done it to every survey.

OneOpinion responded to this review on February 1, 2019
Hi Susan,Thank you for providing your feedback, and we once again apologize for the issues you had with our survey panel. This is not the ideal experience we would like for any of our members. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances relating to equipment, browser, and compatibility issues prevent the panel/member relationship from going as smoothly as we'd like.
In review of your support ticket history, we do see that all points and rewards were properly and promptly paid out to you upon the closing of your account. The reason for the account closure appears to be based on excessive amounts of point requests being sent to our Emily virtual assistant.
If an excessive amount of survey point requests are sent, Emily may flag the account and send a notification to our human team for manual review. This does not in any way imply that we do not want members to use our available help systems. We simply want to be sure they are being used responsibly, and always working correctly.
We want all members to be able to take and complete surveys without encountering technical difficulties whenever possible. When we see an account requesting points over 20 times per month, we must unfortunately make an assessment as to how we approach the relationship going forward. If you are truly experiencing survey issues in excess of 20 times per month, there are clearly computer/device/system issues at play that are not allowing you to enjoy the site effectively. Whether this is on our end or that of the users is up for debate, and we apologize if you believe this was not thoroughly investigated before the decision to close the account was made.
If you wish to speak about this further, either over the phone or through email, please feel free to reach out to us.
Best,
