How PaidViewpoint Determines How Much You'll Earn Per Survey

Select the surveys you're interested in taking based upon the expected reward range or survey length. It’s your choice which surveys you end up taking!

Every survey gets a fixed amount of cash allocated to the respondents who participate in the study. That pot of money is divided up between the respondents based on their TraitScore. Adjustments are then made to level the playing field so that newer members of PaidViewpoint are treated equally compared to longstanding members. Additionally, the respondent pool is divided into groups, with the higher-level groups getting paid more for each survey answer.

Payment Options

PaidViewpoint offers online surveys in exchange for cash and gift cards. All cash-out payments are made through PayPal or their partner, Virtual Incentives.

• Receive your first payment once you reach a $15 USD balance in your account. Your second reward redemption can be made with $10 in your account, and all subsequent redemptions can then be made with just $5 worth of earnings in your account, if your account is in good standing.
• Receive your reward within 72 hours of request.
• Reward options include PayPal payments (all countries), or regional e-gift cards to Amazon, Walmart, and more (for members in the USA, UK, and Canada).

Getting Notified for New Surveys

PaidViewpoint recommends logging into your account regularly to be able to take these higher paying surveys, as opposed to waiting for an email invitation.

Increase Your TraitScore and Earn More

PaidViewpoint's patent pending TraitScore system was invented to assess and promote the candor and consistency of survey respondents. The higher your TraitScore, the more you can earn per Research survey. A high TraitScore allows you to receive the maximum number of surveys per month.

Survey Lengths

Survey lengths vary, but are typically between 5-6 minutes. All surveys have limits placed on the number of characters in a question (120-240) and in survey answers (90-120) to give a Twitter-like feel. The number of answer choices is limited. Long, classic, complex, matrix-type questions are forbidden and the number of open-ended questions (where you have to type in answers) is limited. The maximum number of questions in a survey is limited on average, to around just 10 questions long.

Daily Surveys

You can wait until new surveys are posted to your dashboard, but you can also take "Trait Surveys" and earn between $0.03 and $0.10, on most days. These Trait Surveys not only serve to regularly increase your earnings, but they also help increase your TraitScore. Note that receiving trait surveys regularly may depend on your region.

In other words, earn 20% from your referrals when they take surveys other than "Traits Surveys.” You’re allowed an unlimited number of referrals and can earn up to a lifetime maximum of $25 per referral. If you can refer friends from the USA in particular, you will likely find you can earn more.

VIP Community Builders

For members who can generate large numbers of referrals, PaidViewpoint offers a VIP Community Builder Club. The benefit of the club is that you'll be credited with 20% of a referred user's earnings immediately after they complete a survey, without having to wait to be credited until a referral cashes out their earnings.

To get this privilege, you must have 100+ active friends or referrals. “Active” means your referrals have been a member for more than 30 days and must be visiting the site and completing surveys on a regular basis.

Is Paidviewpoint Legit?

It's barely appropriate to even question whether Paidviewpoint is legit or a scam. PaidViewpoint is operated by AYTM (Ask Your Target Market) - a legitimate and well-regarded market research company with millions of members worldwide. They offer legitimate surveys to their respondents and pay them on time.

Although some users may have varying levels of success with the website (i.e. international users may find it difficult to find full paying surveys; surveys that pay more than $0.03 'trait surveys'), it doesn't mean that the panel itself is illegitimate, never mind a 'scam'. Paidviewpoint is a safe, secure, online surveys website.

It takes forever to get surveys. I started getting a lot of surveys for a few days and I FINALLY got to $13.60 and then suddenly no surveys. I doubt they will ever let me get to $15 to cash out.

When I first started using PVP, I was part of Instant Cash Sweepstakes. After that site shut down, I tried my best to keep using this service. Unfortunately, the more I earn, the less I'm sent trait surveys and higher paying surveys. The site claims to try to avoid bots and cheaters, but because they're open to international users instead of NA/UK, I already know that most of the countries notorious for cheaters and bots already zip through first come/first served studies. Being a member of a rewards site that's successfully kept their service bot & cheat free since 2002, I know PVP could put in more effort, even if it means not serving sites that most survey clients already hate anyway. Now that, after nearly 8 months of waiting for enough surveys to earn another $15, I'm cashing out and deleting my account. It's just not worth using anymore. I have other sites I can earn $20 within a month if put in the work, so I'm sticking to those.

Edit: I've looked at other reviews that offer glowing feedback, and I don't believe them. I don't doubt that they probably got some incentive that I won't get for leaving such a low review. But I'm just being honest. I don't have any beef with PVP, but I don't find them worth the effort anymore. The time between surveys, after I reach roughly $8, is nearly a month to 2 months, and I'll completely forget to log in to check, because their email system doesn't properly alert me. I've even had to go back and re-check the box to get updates. They've told me a few times it was my fault -- I never touched it. So... please. Get good, or PVP will shut down from poor service also.

I'm an active member on many different survey sites, typically earning at least $100 per month on most of them.

Paidviewpoint is the worst survey website I've ever used.
They suck you in with an initial money bonus, and a couple of big-paying surveys in the beginning, but reaching the $15 cashout limit seems impossible, so I would be surprised if anybody saw a penny of that initial bonus.

My year-to-date earnings are THREE CENTS. I check the website every day. I've been a member for nearly 2 years now. I haven't yet been able to cash out, and my balance has been stuck around $13 for over a year now.
I never get surveys on there, and if I do, it's their crappy 3 cent surveys.

Every other website I'm active on gives me lots of surveys, and it's pretty fast to earn a payout.
I sent an email to their customer service about 6-8 months ago, asking about my lack of surveys, and why I was unable to earn any money, and I was brushed off and basically told that they can't guarantee everyone is going to get surveys on a regular basis.
Frankly, I've given up on this website, and I would never recommend it to anybody else.

They let you register and let you answer endless profile questions but you never reach a cash out level if you live in Belgium. Although the helpdesk is very friendly and punctual in answering.

While the surveys are normally quick, it's still a waste of time. I have been earning three cents a survey, which would accumulate quickly if there were a few available every day except it's one survey every other day! I also have more than 9000 on that trait score so I was expecting more invites or at least have my earnings rounded up to a nickel, but no! Going to give up.
