Join PointClub with just a few keystrokes using your Facebook or Google account. Alternatively, you may join the traditional way - using your email address. You’ll be asked for your home address (to verify your location) and to receive your first payment check (if located in the USA).

You can access this website from any country, and there are money-making opportunities for residents of the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. However, USA residents will find the most opportunities to make side-income from this website and will by far, have the most success with it.

Become a free member of PointClub and jump start your membership by receiving 500 free points credited to your account. Receive points for joining, points for confirming your email, and extra points for completing the short profiling questionnaire, for a total of 5,000 points, or $5.00. Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation
By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.
- Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).
- Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.
- Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.
PointClub Advantage All e-gift card deliveries and PayPal payments should take no longer than 7-10 business days to process.
Survey Taking Experience
Earn Points for Surveys
Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.
At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.
Tons of Survey Opportunities Available
At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.
Get Points for Screen Outs
If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.
Easy Redemptions
Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

PointClub is not a scam and is a legitimate online survey panel. Innovate MR, the company who operates the PointClub website, is a highly reputable market research firm that conducts high quality surveys. Although users of the website may experience varying levels of success with the program (as per the PointClub reviews below), PointClub itself is legitimate.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF POINT CLUB FOR OVER A YEAR NOW, TAKE A LOT OF SURVEYS EVERY DAY, HAVE AT ON TIME ACCUMULATED 75000 POINTS WHILE WAITING FOR 25000 REDEEMED TO BE APPROVED. ONCE THE POINTS ARE APPROVED I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE TO BE RE-APPROVED BEFORE YOU GET YOUR REWARDS BUT THEY DO. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AND NEVER GET A SATISFACTORY ANSWER EXCEPT TO SAY THAT THE IT TAKE 7-10 WORKING DAYS. BUT THE ONLY WAY I SEEM TO GET MY MONEY IS CONTACT THEM AND ASK WHEN? I REDEEMED 25000 POINTS ON 7/16/19 AND ANOTHER 25000 PTS ON 7/18/19 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYOUT AND HAVE CLOSE TO 75000 POINTS WAITING TO BE APPROVED. IF THEY COULD GET THE PAYOUT PROBLEM CHANGED THEY WOULD BE THE BEST SITE OUT THERE AND RATE 5 STARS. THEY ARE NO BETTER NOW 11/25/2005 THAN WHEN I WROTE THIS LAST YEAR AND I DON'T SEE HOW SURVEY POLICE CAN TOUT THEM AS A GREAT SITE

As always, best efforts are made to keep all those factors aligned so that a timely disbursal can be done. But there may be instances wherein, unavoidable factors may lead to slight delay in rewards delivery and we do regret for it.

On their site you cannot click on these surveys or rockets surveys. Cause when you do it goes to a page that says: About:Blank#blocked every single time . Google says this is because the links are not valid links. I've been stuck on my point totals of 16880 forever numerous surveys well over the 6 week nonsense no other survey sites does this that I've participated on. Also for 5 weeks now all of the sudden I've never qualified for any surveys that come thru my email. I mean any of them also btw I've got 13000 points awaiting review.....almost all are well over the 6 week waiting nonsense. Of course they will respond with some generic response also all the links to contact them gets returned with addresses unknown. I finally used the survey email they sent to respond back and if course generic we will look into it ... really lol . And yes I've told them all the surveys I'm short on that are over the 6 weeks limit . And yet another we will look into it. That's just sad.

The error ‘About:Blank#blocked’ directly points toward adjustments that are needed in the web browser settings and shall make the surveys work again.
About the pending ones, 6 weeks is the max time quoted for major projects. However, we’ve been working hard to fetch approvals within 09-10 working business days.
Further, repeated disqualification from surveys is a matter of concern and it needs your account to be examined for the root cause behind it.
Going ahead, we request you to reach out our customer support team with the subject line "URGENT ATTN: SANA". I would like to get in touch with you and double check for your concern(s) myself.

LATEST UPDATE, 11/20/19:
You know, you people seem to love your survey takers on one hand, then every once in awhile you gotta just jab us in the side and remind us that you're in complete control.
What's the latest punch in the gut? A 2 percent FEE on all PointClub rewards? You really have to be kidding me. One time after another, after another, you seem to find new ways to act like a two-faced organization, giving away a few thousand points to accounts you like at the same time you make it more and more difficult to make anything at all within a reasonable period of time -- a time period that you've extended and then still broken.
I realize that you can pretty much do what you want with this program, but you could have at least formally notified survey takers of this new fee. After all, you do have all of our email addresses. Disappointing.
UPDATE, 11/10/19:
WHY must PointClub be so darned unreliable when it comes to meeting their now-revised six-week maximum deadline to approve points??? PointClub, please respond with a USEFUL answer -- because so far, I haven't received a reasonable personal reply. SIX WEEKS IS RIDICULOUS when there are companies like QMee.com that provide rewards to my PayPal account immediately upon completion!
I'm all down for fun and games, and I'm sure there are many professional, well meaning folks from Point Club and parent company Innovate MR, everyone should be aware that after numerous online complaints at places like surveypolice.com and even the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org - search for Point Club at Encino, CA), apparently the good Captain PC has extending the already WAY uncompetitive "pending" point period to six weeks, from the two to four weeks -- primarily, I suspect, because existing staff could not successfully achieve confirmed status with clients within the month-long deadline.
It's unfortunate. Certain companies like Forthright, Survey Junkie and a few others provide a monetary award immediately after either one survey is completed, or within a small amount earned -- in the case of Survey Junkie, only $10. And of course, NO company of the nearly three dozen with whom I have established relationships requires their survey taking clients to wait six weeks. It's an unbalanced relationship that gives so much power to their customers that it makes survey takers feel like second-class citizens -- notwithstanding the Sesame Street-like characters.
I will nevertheless continue to do a modest amount of work for them, because they have customers who seem to be reasonably honorable and responsible. I just wish I felt fully the same way about Point Club and Innovate MR.

Dear JimPlease be advised that this 2% fee applies only to PayPal payments and not to all the available rewards.
Effective in November 2019, redemptions reflect the 2% fee applied 'by PayPal' for PayPal transfers. Your received redemption is net of this fee. We do have this officially updated in the 'Help Center' of PointClub website.
Further, a survey data can take anywhere from 4 days to 6 weeks to officially “clear” with a client, depending on how many respondents took part and the complexities involved. However, we work hard to get them closed at the earliest. To make above information readily available for further reference, we now have it updated on our website.
Everybody loves to be rewarded at the earliest, just like you may be eagerly waiting for the next redemption. Hence, request you to reach out our customer support team with the subject line "URGENT ATTN: SANA". I would like to get in touch with you and double check for your concern(s) myself.

So it’s true Pointclub pays out VERY slowly, but that’s not why I’m giving it the lowest rating. It’s also true it’s finicky about counting that you logged in for a particular day, but that’s also not why I’m giving it one star.
I liked Pointclub at first, but I’m giving it the lowest possible rating because after a while, after they were stuck paying me decent amounts, they suddenly started locking my account with no explanation. Writing to them, they’d claim I had “rushed” through surveys...now bare in mind I take this seriously and am not trying to “cheat”, and am a member of other services, some of them for literally 15+ years, and have NEVER had anyone else claim this, nor had any problem like this.
I’ve since talked to others, and same deal...once they start having to actually pay you regularly, they’re going to shut down your account.
There’s plenty of other legitimate services. Just avoid them and stick with a service that will actually pay out.

Our goal is to provide the most accurate data for our survey sponsors. Hence, any deviations to the set/required parameters causes our servers to trip and that further results in an automatic flagging of account.
Our system automatically tracks member account activity via a daily audit, including red herring questions, sponsor survey invalidation(s) and speeding through surveys. When instances of these events are deemed too high, the account is ‘temporarily’ paused and to notify that a slight tune up is needed in the survey habits.
Rest assured, we keep you all backed up and happily restore the accounts so that one has the ability to cash out. Just the same way we did for your account.
