Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation

By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.

  • Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).
  • Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.
  • Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.

Survey Taking Experience

Earn Points for Surveys

Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.

At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.

Points Value: 1000 PointClub Points = $1.00. Therefore, each point is worth $0.0001.

Tons of Survey Opportunities Available

At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.

Get Points for Screen Outs

If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.

Easy Redemptions

Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

Customer Support Lacking

Lots of survey opportunities, but lots problems with getting, "You do not Qualify" *after* spending sometimes 30+ minutes on several surveys lately. I spend quality time and put forth an honest and thoughtful effort and I expect to be compensated afterwards. I have had a good relationship with Point Club and have only been experiencing this problem just in the past few weeks, but when I contact support I get no help. All they do is ask for the survey number. Some of the special surveys do not have numbers! It is not feasible to write down each survey# if you attempt several each day. It is ok if you don't qualify from the start. You try another and you don't qualify from the start. After a while you get discouraged, but it would be nice to to be notified that you don't qualify at the start, not after finishing one and spending a lot of time on it. I did a survey today 3/17/2019 Re: My auto insurance company and policy. I spent a good "30+ minutes" and the last question was, "Are you an AARP Member?" I answer Yes! Then I get the message that I do not qualify after completing the survey. I am so disappointed that I can't get any help. Point Club is one of the best around, but the support is very much lacking. Plus I have surveys that I finished in January and they are still pending. The waiting period to get your pending points is ridiculous. Please help improve your support team, Point Club! Thanks

Don't Waste Your Time

This site is horrible - you MIGHT get to complete 1 survey for every 25 you're offered. It would take forever to get enough points to be able to cash out. Their "mascot" character is obnoxious. And the worst part is that you get higher points if you login every day but, if you miss a day, your points kick back to the previous level. I logged in MULTIPLE times every day but they kept dropping me to the previous level and when I complained about it, they basically just blew me off. Like I said, don't waste your time.

Seriously poor

I signed up for this panel in January and completed 2 surveys but this was followed by 100 plus screenouts including many after 15-20 minutes providing answers.
Even the 2 completed surveys remained as pending after over 6 weeks.
I guess that no one gets money from them so do not think the welcome £5 bonus is worth it; you would never get money from them. A friend who got to the redemption payout has taken 5 months but still not been paid.
It is amazing that the Market Research Institute does nothing over complaints I guess they are just not interested that panellists are being let down.

Not so honest, BEWARE

I 've been a member of PClub since July 2018. I went to level 10. So points were rather coming fast. I've collected $ 75 paid through my verified PPal account.
Here is the scoop:
My last $25 was paid Dec 19, so I worked about 3 weeks to get to another $25, to be paid to my PP. Then nothing happened, after a few days I sent PC an email asking what s going on?
They replied they ve suspended my account without notice! And would not be paying me! According to them, their security system flagged me.
They've asked me to prove my identity by sending them a picture ID, which I did 3X!!.
Since then nothing, no reply to numerous emails, dead fly! they ve ripped me off for thousands of points (40K) points+/_ and a 25 Dollars paycheck (last payment due) for no valid reasons.
PClub got paid for surveys I ve done and it did not pay me, easy way to making $ on the back of those who are doing the job.
So be careful PClub may be a not so honest Co , sucking the surveyor in at the beginning, keeping them on the hook by slowing down the crediting of points and when you re getting to raking a good amount of points, just suspending the account for fictitious reasons and keeping your paycheck, Beware.

Disappointing

Site looks nice but takes forever for survey to actually be credited and many are "invalidated" for no reason. Total waste of time.
