You can access this website from any country, and there are money-making opportunities for residents of the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. Join and Get up to 5,000 Free Points (Worth $5)

Become a free member of PointClub and jump start your membership by receiving 500 free points credited to your account. Receive points for joining, points for confirming your email, and extra points for completing the short profiling questionnaire, for a total of 5,000 points, or $5.00. This is a particularly generous sign up bonus compared to those offered by most of PointClub’s competitors.

Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation

By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.

• Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).

• Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.

• Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.

Earn Points for Surveys

Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.

At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.

Tons of Survey Opportunities Available

At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.

Get Points for Screen Outs

If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.

Easy Redemptions

Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

PointsPlus Instant Win

PointsPlus Instant Win is an opportunity to be one of 1800 winners in the instant win sweeps. Earn tokens by completing special selected surveys and filling out information about yourself via profilers. The more tokens earned, the more chances you have at winning.

Earn unlimited tokens daily (via surveys, profilers, and by referring friends who complete at least one survey), or purchase them for 2,000 points each. Up to 5 tokens can be purchased this way. Hidden tokens are also available in your dashboard, so ensure you try filling out surveys even when the PointsPlus Instant Win token icon isn't displayed.

Use up to 10 Tokens per day for your chance to win a prize every week. Prizes include: $50 checks, $25 checks, or 100-5,000 PointClub Points.

PointClub does not currently offer an app, however, the website is mobile-friendly and all surveys are designed to be as mobile-compatible as possible.

Is PointClub Legit?

PointClub is not a scam and is a legitimate online survey panel. Innovate MR, the company who operates the PointClub website, is a highly reputable market research firm that conducts high quality surveys. PointClub has millions of users and has awarded millions of dollars in rewards to their members. Although users of the website may experience varying levels of success with the program (as per the PointClub reviews below), PointClub itself is legitimate.

Eligibility: Everyone worldwide, 18+, however, PointClub is primarily for USA residents.

I joined this panel in 2014, and it was ok. Failed out of a lot of surveys, but I get it , gotta keep trying. Made decent money. 2015 and 16 were not the greatest with this site, but something seemed to happen in 17' that puts this one on the top of my list.

I started qualifying for a ton, and this was the only site that actually pays you points for failing surveys :) :) :). Thats smart business. I have no problem weeding through the surveys , and only qualifying for a few, if they are going to pay me. So far, i have cashed out about $220 in the past year. PointClub keep it up fellas.

At the beginning, this site was okay to use and the rules were justified when I first joined the site. I gave that 2.5/5 stars back then. But now after April of 2018, almost everything changed. I gave up doing surveys from this site unless the old rules come back but I approved the one new feature, the golden survey of 500 points (excluding bonuses) that keeps being there even if there are no more new surveys available.

The drawbacks:
1) Points earned after doing surveys winds up being waited as pending, but after waiting for a week no pending points were approved. This means it gets harder and longer to get approved points in order to redeem rewards. Back then it was just earned points as it is. 5000 points on new members joining the site back then is now changed to 2000.
2) They removed the Amazon gift card rewards temporarily which was a big blow to some people.
3) The time it took to wait for a gift card after redeeming took too long to wait, unless one sent an email to speed up the process. The reason is because more and more people have joined the site and the people in charge of this site cannot handle too much of the processing.
4) The feature to earn points from playing games does not appear to work anymore.
5) There are still limitations on earning survey points and getting in new surveys to take. Unless you follow the rules and answer questions correctly, you may get red-tagged or banned from taking surveys and/or may not get any new surveys at all.

UPDATE: Below you will see my very 1st review here, taking up for Pointclub. Yes, it's correct that I was able to cashout (&timely) a couple times with them. I also really found them fun.... Unfortunately, those days are in the past. I have still tried & tried to keep my hopes up, but the fact is I log-in every day. I often attempt Multiple surveys. However since approx mid December (maybe before that, but I know it went to h*ll for sure before Jan 2018) I have only qualified for 2 surveys (1 was a couple days ago, finally)- Ive been sitting at less than the equivalent of needing -$3 to cashout since then, until earlier this week I got 1 that has now left me needing just about $2!!! :( I am so very disappointed in them. As you'll see below, I really enjoyed them & thought they were awesome. But I dont know what happened but they ARE NO LONGER WORTH IT. To make it worse, it's not like you always get notified you dont qualify early. Sometimes - yeah, but about the same amount of time you will be very indepth into approx 16min of a "20min" survey, then BANG, out of nowhere you get randomly dq'd, so they only have to give you basically just over a penny- but heck that is only a max of 5x each day! rofl smh. :( WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU POINTCLUB?!? I BELIEVED IN YOU.


{original review} I can't believe this site has such a low rating. I have only been doing surveys for about 6 month, but I'm a member of 20 survey sites. PointClub is my favorite. Although the points part is a tiny bit confusing, it's pretty easy to realize 25000 points = $25, lol. Yes you will, like every site I've found so far, get DQ'd, at least Point Club gives you 12 points up to 5x a day for dq's. What makes me happy is that I've only ever had 1 late Dq. However I contacted support & they gave me a partial credit. It's also pretty fast to make the minimum $25 paypal, because it was my 2nd survey site cashout. Make sure to login EVERY day, for a huge multiplier bonus. My #1 reason for liking them best... It's a fun site and I enjoy their mascot.

The first month all went well. Then when my daily streak bonus got to 70 percent I stopped receiving surveys. I think that is why. Upon inquiry they stated my account was canceled because I manipulated a link which is against the rules. I have no idea what that means. I read the rules again and did not see anything that this might refer to so I asked for clarification and got a form email asking me to like their Facebook page! I will not! This seems to be a survey site that does not honor your responses or time spent.

Who disturbed the skunk because this stinks
payments use to take a few days now its been a month still not gotten mine.
wanted to add that about 6 months ago they promised me the games would come back still no games. I get kicked out of all surveys.
