Join and Get up to 5,000 Free Points (Worth $5)

Become a free member of PointClub and jump start your membership by receiving 500 free points credited to your account. Receive points for joining, points for confirming your email, and extra points for completing the short profiling questionnaire, for a total of 5,000 points, or $5.00. This is a particularly generous sign up bonus compared to those offered by most of PointClub’s competitors.

Receive Cash or Gift Cards for Your Participation

By completing surveys and participating in other research opportunities, you will earn points which can be redeemed for PayPal payments or digital gift cards (though your first reward will automatically come in the form of a payment check). You may request a reward with 25,000 points, worth $25, in your account. This is PointClub's minimum cashout. Alternatively, you may request your rewards at the 50,000 ($50), or 100,000 ($100) threshold levels.

• Payment check: The first time you cash out your rewards, you will receive a check in the mail. This is done to verify your address and is the first and only time PointClub will issue a payment check to your address (sent by US mail).

• Earn gift cards: PointClub has over 200 gift card options available that you can exchange your points for. These include Amazon, Tango, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Macy's, Lowe's, Sephora, Google Play, and many, many more. Visa prepaid cards are also a prize option. You may request a gift card with as little as 25,000 points ($25) in your account. Gift cards are only available as e-gift cards.

• Get paid by PayPal: If you prefer cash, you can opt to receive a $50 cash payment made to your PayPal account. This will require 50,000 points and a 2% withdrawal fee will apply.

Earn Points for Surveys

Every time you participate in a PointClub survey, you will earn points redeemable for gift cards or cash. You can earn anywhere from 200 to 5,000 points per survey completion. Surveys typically take between 5 - 30 minutes to complete. Your points will be awarded once a survey fully closes, so you may have to wait up to 4 weeks before your points are available in your account.

At any time, you can view your current approved points, point status, and points needed for redemption by viewing your PointBank on the sidebar of your account dashboard.

Tons of Survey Opportunities Available

At any time, you may log into your account to view a list of online surveys available for completion. You will also be notified by email when you may qualify for a new survey, but it's a good idea to log into your account regularly to check for opportunities.

Get Points for Screen Outs

If you get screened-out, or disqualified from a survey, PointClub will still credit your account with 12 points after 5 unsuccessful attempts. This counteracts the frustration of spending time on the start of a survey only to be dismissed with no compensation.

Easy Redemptions

Once you have reached the minimum of 25,000 points needed to redeem, a button will appear in the sidebar of your dashboard. A weekly distribution model for rewards is followed so that redemptions requested throughout a week are collated and sent ahead for further disbursal to Club members in the immediate/following week. That means that you should never have to wait more than 7-10 business days to receive a gift card to PayPal reward.

PointsPlus Instant Win

PointsPlus Instant Win is an opportunity to be one of 1800 winners in the instant win sweeps. Earn tokens by completing special selected surveys and filling out information about yourself via profilers. The more tokens earned, the more chances you have at winning.

Earn unlimited tokens daily (via surveys, profilers, and by referring friends who complete at least one survey), or purchase them for 2,000 points each. Up to 5 tokens can be purchased this way. Hidden tokens are also available in your dashboard, so ensure you try filling out surveys even when the PointsPlus Instant Win token icon isn't displayed.

Use up to 10 Tokens per day for your chance to win a prize every week. Prizes include: $50 checks, $25 checks, or 100-5,000 PointClub Points.

PointClub does not currently offer an app, however, the website is mobile-friendly and all surveys are designed to be as mobile-compatible as possible.

Is PointClub Legit?

PointClub is not a scam and is a legitimate online survey panel. Innovate MR, the company who operates the PointClub website, is a highly reputable market research firm that conducts high quality surveys. PointClub has millions of users and has awarded millions of dollars in rewards to their members. Although users of the website may experience varying levels of success with the program (as per the PointClub reviews below), PointClub itself is legitimate.

Eligibility: Everyone worldwide, 18+, however, PointClub is primarily for USA residents.

PointClub overall is a decent survey provider. They are weak on customer service, putting themselves in the customer's shoes and escalating issues with their survey system. The payout threshold is relatively high for the amount of engagement you must have and the screen out rate is very, very high. I think they are trying to compensate for this poor survey completion rate by using a visitation multiplier, mean the more consecutive you visit PointClub, the more a survey is worth. However, with the extremely high screen-out rate this motivator actually has low value, not enough complete survey's to make a difference, 200%x0 is still zero. I'm continuing to participate with PointClub to see if the top tier means anything substantial.

UPDATE:I persisted with visiting surveys at PointClub and working through the levels does improve the rate at which one accumulates points, I made it to level 7. However, I missed one day and was knocked down to level 3 and the multipler was reduced by 50%, this was VERY discouraging. This is the application of dark Gamification and I don't like it. I stuck with PointClub until making another payout threshold. I'm moving on surveyers that have friendlier conduct.

From my experience, you should not expect more than $100 a year from point club. That's based on coming back several times a day for 6 months and exhausting all open surveys and responding to emails for survey opportunities.

I tried it - it worked, technically. It was often a little buggy, but I did eventually cash out, and they did send me the payment. But the site was mega-clunky, often featured surveys I'd already taken or that were already closed, pay per time ratio was both *highly* variable and generally on the "not good" side, and while I was happy originally that they were one of those sites that paid you for screen-outs, that was only until I realized that they pay you approximately 1 cent per screenout, so hardly worth considering.

So, I cashed out once, then ditched it. There are way better places to spend your time.

I just started Point Club and it's an ok site. It seems they are just getting started and still have things in beta mode and some of the sites functions are not up and running yet such as the games. I'm going to hang around a little longer and see what happens here because I really think it's going to be a great site once it's complete.

Heya fellow members. Hi Elle. I read your review of Jan. 8, 2017 and felt like I had deja-vu. I am having the same exact issue. You have to accumulate 25,000 points to cash out for your $25. I have been doing surveys for 3 weeks. I am at 23,743 points. I only need 1,257 points to cash out.

You guessed it. I can't get there!!!! At first surveys were bountiful, and now - suddenly none are available. I have emailed them twice and they suggested that I try their games or Facebook blog.

Right. You earn $0.10 after viewing any ads during your game --- you may or may not get any ads during your game. I just checked the BBB. They are located in Malibu, CA and are not BBB accredited. They have been in business for two years.

I suggest we all get together and go on the BBB website for Malibu, CA and file our complaints. I worked hard on the surveys to get this far and not get rewarded for my efforts. What a scam. Sometimes you spend 15 minutes answering questions only the be told that you are not a match. "OH BUMMER"!!!!!

You will never get the 25
you need 25 to cash out !
You have a few points left and they won't give u anymore surveys! No more emails no more anything! Warning warning

Listen up everyone this site promise you the world at first they hold your hand take you through give u bonus make its seem really great! But like a jerk on a few dates after getting what they want they don't contact you or reply to your messages !! Even send you to a cat and mouse help ur self site where you find out you weren't the only one!

Um... I see everyone is having the same problem maybe they just don't care ! I think it's best we warn ppl about this ! I say we go and post warning ppl of these issue we are having ! Good luck guys I'm calling it a lost !

To pointclub I have to say this is shady of you, we all took are time and join your club answer the surveys we should get what we earn, if you don't wanna hold up your promise of providing us with surveys enough to hit $25 to cash out then allow us to cash out early! I feel like I been lied too you got us to do everything you needed and left us with nothing in the end!

10101 to go and u stop giving me surveys and if u do its just disqualified automatically or freezes !
