How it Works

The process with Qbord is simple – complete surveys, earn points for your time, then cash out your points towards different reward options.

Reward System

Earn reward points for the online surveys you complete. Once you accumulate enough points, you can use them in many different ways.

• Visa Prepaid Cards: Use points to get Prepaid Visa cards in $25, $50 or $100 denominations.
• Gift Cards: Redeem your points for gift cards to great places such as: Best Buy, Petro Canada, The Bay, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Netflix, Google Play, McDonald’s and many more.
• Auctions: Use your points to bet on auction prizes - if you lose the auction, you'll still keep your points.
• Charity Donations: Charity donations are also available. Check the website for the latest featured non-profit organization. Each time a panelist donates to a charity then Qbord donates an extra $10 to the same charity on your behalf.
• Sweepstakes: Use your points to enter into a chance to win prizes or cash.

Focus Group Opportunities

Qbord advertises to their Canadian members the opportunity to participate in paid focus groups where, if selected, a minimum of $75 will be awarded.

Ordered a $25 Sephora card and nothing from them since--nowhere to contact?'

not sure what is going on with this website
however it would be nice if they could post what is going on their website
i have points in their bank which am afraid to cash in because i won't receive my gift card

Don't waste your time. They don't send promised gift certificates and don't respond to emails.

Should have received my amazon gift card by now - have messaged them and no response
submitted the request for the card in May.

I cashed out for an amazon card for $25 February 22/2022, it’s now June 29th. Over 4 months and nothing. I’ve contacted them to no avail, through their email,Facebook. I’ve called the phone number provided by survey police above, but it’s no longer in service. I’ve even filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they tried for me but eventually told me that they are not responding. I’m quite positive they want people to quit their website before they get their reward so they don’t have to pay you for your time, while they get paid by the marketers.
Hold out for your reward and quit this survey site, terrible company

Waiting for a redemption requested Nov 30th. Have written e-mails over 6 times and nothing received yet and no replies. I do get confirmation that they will get back to me when I submit my e-mails. SURE. Don’t waste your time.
