How it Works

The process with Qbord is simple – complete surveys, earn points for your time, then cash out your points towards different reward options.

Reward System

Earn reward points for the online surveys you complete. Once you accumulate enough points, you can use them in many different ways.

• Visa Prepaid Cards: Use points to get Prepaid Visa cards in $25, $50 or $100 denominations.
• Gift Cards: Redeem your points for gift cards to great places such as: Best Buy, Petro Canada, The Bay, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Netflix, Google Play, McDonald’s and many more.
• Auctions: Use your points to bet on auction prizes - if you lose the auction, you'll still keep your points.
• Charity Donations: Charity donations are also available. Check the website for the latest featured non-profit organization. Each time a panelist donates to a charity then Qbord donates an extra $10 to the same charity on your behalf.
• Sweepstakes: Use your points to enter into a chance to win prizes or cash.

Focus Group Opportunities

Qbord advertises to their Canadian members the opportunity to participate in paid focus groups where, if selected, a minimum of $75 will be awarded.

No customer service, no payout and no answer. Member since many years and payout all the same …long time over 6 months when you are paid. Reward claimed in February 2022 and nothing since then. Do not be member if Qbord

I have been a member for a couple of years and had never received my last reward. I did all the surveys collected my points and when it came time to redeem my GC never came. I also messaged them 14 times about it. Not one response from anyone on the panel. No acknowledgement from anyone. I know they are operational cause they still send me surveys. Very bad customer service. Don't waste your precious time with this one because you will not be rewarded.

This survey site does not deserve any stars as they are non-responsive and untrustworthy. They do not pay out when requested and they do not reply when contacted.
I was doing surveys for quite a while and they used to be good but not anymore. I filed a request on Dec. 3/21for a reward earned by cashing in 1000 points for a $10.00 Amazon.ca card. They acknowledge the request and took out my points but never sent any reward. I contacted them numerous times and referenced the request but they never replied once. In March of 2022 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they gave the company 2 notices but they never replied to them either and they still (as of May 2022) have still not paid out. I would not waste my time with this site as you will not get what they promise. I wonder if they are struggling financially and going out of business but they still offer surveys so beware!!!

After about 4 e-mails, I have not received the Amazon gift card for $25. I sent in January. Also not received an answer to my e-mails.

This site is a disgrace for a Canadian site. It takes forever to accumulate enough points so you can cash in and when you do they refuse to pay. Not one reply to the numerous emails I sent asking what is going on. Absolutely no customer service. Stay away from these time thieves if you put any value on your time.
