Been a member of Web Perspectives for over two years. I went to redeem my points a couple of weeks ago only to discover they have removed the PayPal reward option. This they did without notice. The Airmiles option of 50 Airmiles for 1000 points is equal to 60% of $10, (if redeemed for $10 worth of gas at 90 airmiles). So my $10 redemption is now worth only $6. Robbed! I had made consistent money with Web Perspectives until now and if you had asked me about them two months ago I would have rated them highly. I did receive an email back after three tries that stated, "Since March 15th Paypal has been removed until further notice whilst we look to improve the way in which our panellists redeem rewards." Some improvement! I'm 'cashing' out and dumping these guys as soon as they approve all of my points. Panelists should consider Boycotting these guys. I won't be doing their surveys anymore. Next time they just might be out of business and we will all just be out of luck.

I signed up with them over a year and had no problem receiving my pay pal rewards. Since October 2012 I recently changed my email with Pay pal and Web Perspectives, and kept on doing surveys for them and making rewards to go into my Pay pal account. I soon discovered in January 2013 that since December of 2012 the money was not going into my Pay pal. I kept on emailing them and getting a email back from them saying we will get back to you shortly. Never ever did I get a actual email back about the problem. That money I was earning was for my disabled sons ADHD sensory products I was working hard to earn and now I am out 50.00-60.00 worth. I am very upset I cannot work so I don't have enough money to save again. That took me 5 months to save up from them since there are days were I cannot do them due to my pain I have. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM THEY ARE EVIL THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE!!

Often you will be disqualify after you have completed a good portion of the survey. You will get no compensation after spending a good 15 minutes answering questions in good faith. When I complain to customer service I get no response beyond a computer generated one. Recently they have stopped using PayPal as a reward payment without word to anyone. They leave it for you to discover when you go and try to cash in. Surprise, surprise you have been played and now you can cash in for 50 air miles or some such stupidity. I'm done with these bozos.

I last claimed a PayPal reward on February 21 and received it on March 1. When I got credited with enough points to claim another incentive, I found that PayPal was no longer a choice. No announcement in advance, so I continued to do surveys, that it seems I will never receive payment for. Questions to them only get a, "We are looking into this and someone will get back to you" response. Nobody gets back.
Now what to do: Cash out what points I have using one of the remaining crappy reward choices? Send them a PayPal invoice?
Not that I would ever do this, but what if everyone who is pissed off with Web Perspectives were to continue to do their surveys, but enter bogus responses. What would their clients do if they heard this was happening? Hmmm.

Yes, it's true. After years of taking their surveys they decided to up and quit PayPal as a means of rewards without a word to anyone. Apparently our loyalty means nothing to them. Do not even waste your time writing to them, if they even bother to write you back it is a generic email that shows they have not even read nor answered any of your questions. This site is nothing but a big waste of time now so don't even bother.
