I ordered the equipment and when it arrived I hooked everything up and clicked on the email link to activate my account. Well the link did not work and kept telling me that it was not hooked up. I then emailed customer service they told me to call in. So I did. I was transferred to a tech that had no idea what they were doing. He said that he would be escalating my case and I would hear back from someone within a week, Here I am 1 month later have not heard a word. Oh and I called in to see what was going on about 2 weeks later and the guy said there was nothing either of us could do but wait.

Within hours of installing the meter, I suddenly couldn't access my email-my own pc no longer recognized me, or my back-up methods that enabled me to log in to any site in the event of an issue. My computer behaved as if it were hacked. I immediately disconnected, and surprise...all went back to normal. I don't trust this meter, and definitely question what info it was collecting. Be careful people..

So far, Digital Reflection has been great. I got my initial $50 as a VISA card with no problems. I now have done enough upgrades (very easy) to have $20 in my account; but can't access it until it reaches $50. They send an email for each upgrade. I have it installed on my laptop. You can go to the website anytime and see your account. The more devices you install it on, the more money you can receive into your account per month; and when you are ready to take your $50 out, you can choose how to receive it. They have been very aboveboard and honest with me so far. Just wanted to add, 10/15/2016, that I now have $25 in my account. It appears that I am receiving $10 a month for upgrades and keeping the meter installed monthly. Update 2/9/17: Just wanted to add that so far I have earned $150. They are very responsive and no problems with anything so far.

my speed slowed up, caused issues with IE crashing, then did the initial update and got locked out of any "secure" site I went to, including like yahoo mail, gmail, excite mail. Had to call them and get the update removed from the box, things went back to normal. Then 2 weeks later, IE started crashing, the whole system would lock up, unplugged the box and all was fixed. Bad Bad Bad...

Just get their box, plug it in and do an update every month! Bonuses for consecutive months operating, I have been on almost a year now and got $120 in payouts! Don't have really anything else to do to earn, but you do almost nothing and earn some nice pocket money! They pay fast too, usually in a week after I request payout.
