Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

One Incredibly Annoying Problem

I have been doing e-Rewards for several years now and unlike some other reviews I've seen, I've never had trouble acquiring points.

My biggest problem with them is they a want a email address and a cell phone or landline number, but for some reason they don't consider my phone a cell phone. I can't cash in points because they won't send the access code to my number and I don't have a landline. I cashed in points in January with no problem, but yesterday, they started in with the access code thing again. I have used someone else's phone in the past, but it's really getting annoying to them having to send me the code. Yesterday, I kept putting in the code they sent and it kept giving me a error and wouldn't take it. When I contacted customer service, they wanted me to send a screen shot of the error which would entail having to send the person's phone yet another code.

I have literally been taking surveys with them for years! I think it's obvious I am not a robot and I don't understand why my phone number, which I've also had for years cannot be used to send a access code to.

It's disappointing since except for this I consider e-Rewards one of the more legitimate survey sites. At this point, I may do what I have to do to cash in my points and discontinue taking surveys with them.

I have been going back and forth with customer service to redeem a $10 reward to Marcus. They gave me a 800 number to call and was for fandango, they couldn't help. contacted Marcus and they can't help. e-rewards asked for my code and pin and they won't help. Wish I could give them a rating for 0 the same help I got from them. so they read my review and i have e-mailed them 8 times and they want me to contact them again? They never responded to the last one! what a joke!

This Used To Be Good!

I used to enjoy this survey company. Lately, the rewards have been slacking! I also haven't been able to cash out for something good in months! I have received a handful of free magazine subscriptions. Plus you can spend 20 minutes on a survey, be disqualified, and earn very little for your effort!

This is because some surveys or clients require a specific demographic to complete the survey, there may be a number of qualifying questions to make sure that you fit in these demographics and are suitable for the survey.

We understand that this can be frustrating at times, if you ensure your profile is up to date this should maximise your opportunities to qualify for surveys that are most relevant to your lifestyle and interests, minimising the chances of you being screened out halfway through.

My experience has been similar to what Mark wrote in Nov 2019. I think they allow you to get 20-25 dollars a day in credits. Being consistent helps. I too use Choice Privileges as I stay in their hotels for work anyway so I use their rewards system. Matter of fact, I got my invite to the e-rewards panel thru the Choice Privileges program I also am trying out restaurant.com and see how that works. I have noticed that since I have been consistently active for a couple of weeks straight, I am getting more higher paying surveys and better pay for the time surveys. One story - I kept getting surveys about cellular providers and service. For a while, I gave my best guesses to some questions. On one particular survey, a question prompted me to go to my cellular account and actually look at the details of my bill. Doing so led me to revising my service plan in a way that is going to save me 40-55 bucks a month from now on. So the way I look at it, that's about 500 bucks or more in real money that I am going to save over the next year that I wouldnt have if I didnt do the e-rewards thing.

I saw reviews by other people that bash this site.
they have limits, true
it takes time to get points. true
I have been a member for years and use it mostly to get my starbucks money.
no complaints from me!
