Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Invitation-Only Panel

e-Rewards is an invitation-only online survey panel. You may be invited to become a member by providing your email to one of the e-Reward partner companies. Once invited, e-Rewards is free to join.

Survey Setup

e-Rewards provides members the option to participate in various surveys and studies. Respondents have 30 days to complete the surveys.

Eligibility: Must be 13+ to join in USA/Canada. Minimum age to join varies in other regions.

E-Rewards is just a waste of time, they don't pay the credits that you have earned, when you do a survey for a certain amount sometimes you never get the credit or they only pay you a fraction of the right amount, and when you complain about it they just ignore you or tell you it's a different amount.

They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they are not worth the half star you are compelled to give them.

Don't waste your time.

In 2012 the quality of incentives dropped drastically.I dont read mags anymore--too much litter for the garbage--so they go from mailbox to trash. I dont care about hotel or air miles. Ive gotten AE giftcards in the past--they were gone--but dried up the end of 2011. So i find myself with over 70,000 points and nothing to spend them on. Ive emailed and they said they sent my concerns to management.

I have belonged to E rewards for about 5 years. When I tried to order flowers I had over a hundred points it was 30 points to order flowers I tried 3 times and still wasn't able to get my order and lost all points but 20. Now I have over 300 points again and now they are saying my e mail address is not correct and cannot log on to redeem my points. My e mail address is the same as it always has been for 7 years.

Don't know whats going on with these guys. Here are the issues that I am facing and there is no resolution yet-
1. Credits are often missed and never credited back even if you report
2. I click on find survey and it says that I couldn't meet the criteria though I never answered any survey.
3. I receive emails that a survey was pending for me but when I click on Begin survey, it says there was no survey for you.
4. Now the customer service doesn't even bother to respond.
5. Sometimes it gives site maintenance error in between a survey and you lose everything with no credits.

I think they are making fools of us and its good to avoid them.
