Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Frequent traveler points are great!

July 25, 2012 by Leanne from United States

I have cashed in my rewards more than once for Hilton Honors points. I'm a frequent traveler and those points are a valuable/realistic reward. They are NOT just magazine subscriptions or movie rentals. Let your rewards points add up for once, you'll get better rewards when cashing in. Trying to cash in $10 in incentives is not going to get you anywhere. I'm currently approximately at $88 and once I hit $100, I'm cashing in for 7500 Hilton Honors points. That's a few nights' stay if I were to earn them by actually staying at the hotel. I always complete the surveys whether I qualify to move forward with them or not. Every little bit helps and they do award you something every time you attempt to complete a survey, small or large amount depends on how applicable you are as a survey taker. At least they qualify their participants.

Good but.....

I like e-rewards overall. Their surveys are interesting and they contact me often. I've done some product tests for them. You earn points and then trade the points in for rewards. Unfortunately, the rewards aren't very good. Mostly magazine subscriptions. I wish they'd come up with some better rewards.

Pretty good

I like this survey company - I do agree the incentives are a bit out of reach, but I get qualified almost every time and if I don't, then I get paid 0.25 to .95 in my account. I am planning on doing as many surveys as I can with this company for next May 2013. I am after the Hilton Honors points and want to see if I can get a free night... Surveys here I come! :0)

What's the problem?

July 2, 2012 by Melanie from United States

I've been a member of E-Rewards for about 18 months. So far I've earned 8000 Delta skymiles and 10000 La Quinta rewards points. The website is very clear about what rewards are available, and for what companies, so I don't really understand the people who are complaining about that. You aren't going to qualify for every survey - I'd say my qualify rate is somewhere between 30 and 40% - but even the surveys you don't qualify for offer a reward of 25 cents to $1.50! You're getting stuff for free - hotel points, rental car points, airline miles, magazines, Ticketmaster gift cards, clothing points...what's to complain about? There's something for everyone if you are just patient!

Do not join

Huge waste of time. Their rewards are quite bad. Before I was getting Border's bucks, but now it's gone (with Borders).
Last straw - I redeemed my points for one of the magazines in January, still waiting for response in June. They gave me runaround asking to contact another company that had nothing to do with my order, then promised to write me back with updates and did not do it.
