Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

Reward Could Be Better

September 17, 2010 by Woody from United States

I have been with them for 2 years now. I have received the Gamestop reward several times because I have a teenager that is a Gamer and it comes in handy. I have also received a Maxim and TV Guide subscription through them. I would like to see them come up with some better rewards though.

Bait and switch

September 17, 2010 by frank from United States

It seems just about every survey I get results in an "Unfortunately your responses do not match our selection criteria." OK fine, but don't start with the promise of a $10 survey get 15 questions and 15 minutes into the survey to tell me my results are not important. I don't know how much info they have on my shopping, bills, credit, habits, etc. to not have a good idea about me. As far as I am concerned you either want my opinion or don't. Don't play this maybe game, dangle $7.00 in credit and 10 minutes of questions to tell me I don't qualify and here's 50 cents for your trouble.

Barely good enough

September 17, 2010 by Peter from United States

I've been with e-rewards for almost 2 years now. At first, I didn't seem to get a lot of surveys but the pace has picked up in the last several months. The problem however is the lack of rewards as others have mentioned. I also do not travel so basically I take the $15 borders card (once a year), $25 gamestop card (4 times a year), and spend the rest on magazines. The magazine list seems to be shrinking and some of them are digital only now. They really need a few more non travel rewards to keep me interested. I would love to see target, walmart, or amazon cards and some better magazines.

Boring Rewards

September 17, 2010 by Jeffrey from United States

Initially it was fun to do the surveys and rack up the points but lately I just ignore any surveys I get.

Reason being the rewards never change and currently I have $200.15 in my balance and nothing to use it on. I don't travel so Sky-miles are useless. As others mentioned no way I'm paying for a coupon when they can be found for free and the same magazine subscriptions that rarely change and I have no desire for them.

Would be nice to have an option like an Amazon gift card like other sites I use but as it stands with bad rewards I can not recommend this site to anyone.

Upromise cash available

September 17, 2010 by Lara from United States

I found out that you can sign up for eRewards through Upromise and earn money to add to your Upromise account. I have Upromise set up for each of my kids, and to help pay off my student loans with SallieMae, so it's DEFINITELY worth it. You get a small amount of points even if you don't qualify for the survey, so you're always earning something, and even if it takes me a while to earn, it's for doing next to nothing.
