Never got payout.

July 12, 2017 by Margaret from United States

I have been a loyal customer for over a year, and during their change over they banned me, and wouldn't tell me why. They would only say that my account could not be reinstated. They also didn't pay out I was due, that was in my account that I hadn't cashed out. I think this must be some sort of mistake, but I can't get a response.

Closed my account and Stole my points

June 11, 2017 by mary from Canada

They closed my account and stole my points. They sent me one email to give me notice, which went in my spam. Ok, close my account but give me the option of cashing out my points. It took me literally years to accumulate them. I'm very upset. I earned those points. I'm sure it's illegal for them to take my earnings away.

almost no pay

June 9, 2017 by vernon from United States

if you want to work for only 2 dollars an hour go get it. So far I have tested 30 sites and most are the same. It seems the most money is they want to refer you to another survey. I have found three good ones so far I will test more.

nope, not anymore

May 5, 2017 by Adam from United States

Well... after just a few months of kinda-ok payouts but also kinda full-of-bugginess, during which time I made a reasonable but not terribly impressive $65 in paypal... they banned me, for unspecified reasons. Notably, they're so not-on-top-of-things technically, that at no point did anything actually *tell* me any of this, until I asked them a couple months later, like, why am I no longer getting any surveys? Then they told me I'd given bad data, they wouldn't (apparently *couldn't* say what, but that they don't have any way of letting you argue that.) Also notably, I can still log into the site, and it gives no indication that anything has happened to the account, I just don't have any surveys. Hilariously (but nicely for me), that even extended to cashing out as much as I was able to, as it didn't even wipe my points. So basically what I'm saying is, these guys don't really seem to know what they're doing.

Improved Greatly

SEE UPDATES BELOW!
Isay seems to have finally got it together, I dont have fails I relate below, anymore. They are slow to award bonus points for the amount of surveys one completes, however. Most recent payout request was in my PayPal acct in 7 days, yeahhhhh! They have bigger prizes for their post survey game, but they award them at longer intervals. Thats OK I like the idea that I can win $300 Visa Gift Card! I can use Chrome with no problems now, and survey fails are few.
This site is schzoid. It was bad for while, got better, now it seems to be backsliding again. I've been taking surveys with this vendor since Oct 2011, almost 4 yrs now. They seem like they have a lot of tech issues, for a while my security software wouldn't even let me enter the site because it seemed too dangerous. That was resolved, but now, they are down fairly often. They are very suspect in how they conduct their surveys and am doubtful anyone wins their "Poll Predictor" contests. Anyone out there actually win anything from Ipsos? About the only good thing I can say is that if they award points for completing a survey, they do do it immediately and when you accumulate points you can cash them out right away.

***UPDATE!*** Yes, they still are messed up, recently, I cant even access their surveys using Chrome or Firefox browsers, only via IE. I found out I got a boatload of bonus pts when I finally figured that out and was able to get back on their site; so, I asked to cash out on 8/14/15, today is 8/24. lets see how long it takes now....They dont send you any heads up they are having issues with browser interface. Be nice if they did, They didnt even say anything about new bonus system until AFTER it went into effect, they really are on top of things, arent they? Oh yeah, this past weekend (Aug 22/23) couldnt even get on their homepage for a while, I could do surveys I got email invites and got thru Poll Predictor, but to return to landing page to see my pt total, no go...Very strange site this, I mean I am usually successful at completing surveys here and have made some serious mad money from them, but with all their constant technical glitches, they are very frustrating, and I REALLY am considering just cashing out when I hit $15 buck threshold to get paypal payout. Oh yeah they raised the points one needs to cash out paypal by 30, and they didnt say anything, not anything obvious, anyway. I found out when I tried to cash out last time, and it said. PayPal 1530 pts! Thanks again, Ipsos/Isay for being so transparent and letting us know whats going on!!!

*****ANOTHER UPDATE!!!****** I got paid Aug 26th, not bad, however, on Sept 5th I had a negative 1295 point balance WUUUUUT???? of course, I immediately did a ticket and sent it in. I did receive a reply today (9/8/15) Seems good old Ipsos, made an "accounting error" and awarded me "too many" bonus points in August. mmmm nice of them to let me know, I only found out after struggling (again, yes their tech problems have not been resolved! BTW: they actually admitted to me they have problems with surveys loading on Firefox or Chrome browsers, and advised me to only use IE "until we can get these other browser issues straightened out". however long THAT will take!} with trying to get on their landing page to check my point balance. I sent a ticket and they replied. This site is really lacking in transparency and they reply, like; "yeah, so we screwed up, too bad, so sad."
