This is the only issue I have had with this site in years, but it is a big one; one that may change my mind about signing up with the again. I am a member of over 70 different survey sites, so I keep a list of the sites in an Excel spreadsheet and use that list whenever I decide to log into the sites. So, I was able to log into my Ipsos i-Say survey account as recently as 2 weeks ago (about every 1-2 weeks I sign into all of my survey sites to check balances and to check if there are any surveys that I can take) and everything was fine. However, when I tried to log in a few days I was given the wrong password error (which is weird because I also keep a list of passwords). When I tried to reset the password, I was given an error saying that I did not have an account with Ipsos i-Say. So, I contacted the site and was told that my account was deactivated in May 2016. I was so confused because I had just logged into that account, I know I did because it was on my list and the name of this site is easy to remember because it is so unique. I replied and explained that to them, but I received the same response that my account was deactivated in May 2016 and I could sign-up again, oh and I had also lost all my points. I just received the same short response again today, after I again asked why I was able to log in so recently if my account was deactivated, we'll see what they say this time (I'm sure they'll say the same thing). I'm disappointed because I feel like they might do this a lot, wait until someone has racked up a lot of points and then take their points, lock them out of the site, and then tell them their account was deactivated years before. Please be careful if you decided to join or if you have already joined this site. If I hear anything else from them and they actually do something to help me, I will post here again.

I have been a member of Ipsos for over 5 years. They used to be a great panel, but these days, they have gone WAY downhill. Their pages are so slow to load that taking one of their surveys is like pushing a wheelbarrow uphill! Their qualification procedure is longer than any of the other panels, and their fixation on the birth dates of my children almost concerns me. I now only participate when I have exhausted any other survey possibilities! They are also now not responding to panelist inquiries and complaints. I recently took a survey for a stated reward of 550 points, but although I finished it, the points were not awarded, nor was the survey itself recorded. I contacted customer "service" about this problem, and was ignored. Your time can be spent better elsewhere!

I've spent about 4 hours trying to fill out surveys and only have only earned about the equivalent of $2 in rewards. So basically you're getting paid about 50 cents per hour of your time.
Most of the time, I would click on a survey I was pre-qualified for, only to spend 5-10 minutes filling out more pre-qualification questions. Then it would tell me I didn't actually qualify for the survey or they had already filled their quota. That's a lot of work for measly 5 points (you need 500 for a $5 reward).
Simply put, this was a lesson in futility. I wasn't expecting minimum wage, but it would take significantly more than 50 cents an hour to keep me coming back.

Hi David,Most of i-Say surveys are worth between 5 and 250 points which are deposited into your account. The more surveys you take, the more points you will get. These points depend on the length of the survey.
