The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Had also points removed from my account! Sent a email about the issues this what I got back!

Hi,

You have recently written to us regarding a ‘points’ adjustment’ made to your i-Say account.
I can confirm that your points’ total is now correct.

In August, we added to your account more Loyalty points that you were entitled to receive at that point. This is why our Rewards department had to remove the extra amount. Unfortunately, due to a system error, the points were deducted twice. However, we added back the points that were mistakenly removed from your account the second time.

We apologize for the confusion created. We can assure you that your current balance of points is now correct.

Had 350 points on Friday now I am down to 5 because they took them away want replace them back!

I have been a member of I-Say for many years with no problems but they have gone completely downhill in recent months.

Every survey completed now returns an error message and no points awarded. No reply to constant query emails and today I cannot even log in so I suspect that I have lost all my accumulated points.

Do not waste your time with this shower!

Some of my friends told me that they recently had a lot of points disappear. When I logged on to my account to check mine, sure enough, I had over 2000 points disappear. That's lousy business! Check your points people!!! I'll bet this has happened to many.

I have been doing surveys with Ipso for many years. Although I don't get many surveys, they do not discontinue the survey after you have spent ten minutes answering questions, only to be told you don't qualify. Last week I decided to redeem $50.00 in points for Amazon gift cards. Within minutes after making this request to Ipsos, the numbered gift cards were sent to my Email address. How is that for delivering? No six week wait as with Springboard America and other surveys.

I will deal with this company for as long as they ask me to.

I have been a member of their panel ever since they were still branded as Synovate, with no real issues. But I completed an in-home study in which I needed to record data for at least 4 days out of the week. I never received the $200 I was supposed to get upon completion, so I emailed them. They told me I only gave them 1.5 days (really? 1.5 days??) worth of data, so I did not qualify. This was the only explanation I received.

I also submitted a video for 800 points which I never received. I still haven't received a response from them as to why.

They seem to be okay with awarding points for regular surveys (though the points awarded are nearly always measly), but don't expect a payout from them if they promise a lot of points or a gift card.
