I have been with Ipsos for years and have always had a good experience with them. Over the last year, something happened to their service.....now, everything looks good until it comes time to cash out or redeem points. You redeem points and they state they fulfill the order, but you never get paid out. Contacting customer service gets you nowhere as they don't respond despite multiple attempts. Don't waste your time with Ipsos.....go to other survey companies that actually pay out.

Highly recommend this survey site. There are lots of survey opportunities and sometimes product testing. The surveys are usually interesting. There are lots of rewards to choose from and they are delivered within a couple hours. Customer service is top notch.

They usually only have two or three survey available on the site and often one or two only offer sweepstakes drawing rewards. Surveys often continue being offered on the site long after the survey has closed. This site use to be a lot better.

First of all i have been a i say member for over 1 month and i am highly disappointed with their website and it is extremely vary slow you can't even login to the members area. i'm closing my membership and unsubscribing my i say account and my patience is going away. the points you earn isn't worth your time.

Hi. I haven't been doing surveys too long, yet am finding that this one is near the top of the ones I'm enjoying. I like the surveys mostly, you know pretty quick if you qualify and even when you don't, you get a second chance into their sweepstakes. I've been on other survey sites where you spend 15-20 on what I think is a survey only to be screened out (wth?). I think that is cheating myself. Anyway, I find this site to be straightforward so far. Haven't redeemed any rewards yet. To be continued....
